My boyfriend took me on my first trip to Catalina, and due to our schedule (we had a concert that Friday night in LA), it was almost impossible to find lodging for one night during the island's peak season. Luckily, he found the Old Turner Inn. This B&B is located literally steps away from the main street in town, which...

My sister and I recently stayed two nights at the Old Turner Inn, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. We had the first floor Garden Room, which is quiet, cosy, and clean as a whistle! We arrived on an unusually hot, muggy day, and innkeeper Kathleen made my day by providing an extra fan for my bedside. Very grateful! This is...

The Old Turner Inn has several things going for it. First, it's easy to walk to from the Catalina Express ferry dock, even with rolling luggage. Don't even bother with the trolley or any other paid conveyance. It would be a waste of time. Second, the place is very homey and is run by a charming German woman who is...

My husband and I stayed at The Old Turner Inn, in the King Suite, two summers in a row and we're planning on returning. It just doesn't get better than this place. The location is perfect, centrally located, but not in the noisiest area. Everything is an easy walk. The inn is very quaint. It has a lot of charm...

We stayed for 2 nights in celebration of a birthday and an anniversary. It was our 2nd time, the 1st years ago. It is the nicest B&B we have ever experienced. Just a totally overall wonderful experience. The innkeepers are marvelous, VERY attentive, the rooms are all completely charming and quite spacious. It is impeccably clean, impressively friendly. We are...

Starting from my father, our family has been coming to Catalina for over 60 years! A few years ago we started staying at the "Inn." Can't say enough about the rooms, the breakfast, the afternoon wine, and do yourself a favor...the handmade granola! On a quiet street and only a short walk to the beach. Bill and Jeanie always have...

The inn is a short easy walk from the ferry, right in town, a block and a half off the main street. The price was moderate and the service impeccable. You could tell it had been a part of the town for a long while, which made it feel authentic. We really enjoyed the hosts who were always accessible. The...

A long drive down from B.C., 5 frenzied days in L A, then 2 beautiful days and nights on the Island. We toured and walked a bit - but the best part of the stay was The Old Turner Inn. Somewhat pricey for Canucks, but worth it. We liken it to visiting Christie and Kathleen in their home. Snacks and...
