Our third stay at this lovely B&B in Arroyo Grande proved to match the fine quality of the first two. We found the rooms to be immaculate; the bed, comfortable; sleep, restful; cooked breakfasts, ample; and hosts Jack and Judy, congenial and extremely helpful. We could not have asked for more. The location, about halfway between Los Angeles and San...

Great location, just steps away from the main street in town. Cozy and comfortable, Judy was very kind, she brought out a blanket so I could sit, relax and enjoy the view. Very clean, everything was absolutely spotless. All the comforts of home, just in case you something there are a few extra essentials. Morning coffee with breakfast and a...

Jack and Judy could not be nicer and could not be more thoughtful. She cooks a great breakfast in the morning and gave us bottled water for our forthcoming drive. House is clean and the small number of rooms makes for a friendly interaction with the other guests that you miss in a big place. As other have noted, it's...

We just stayed for two nights and for the second time at this B&B and remain as enthusiastic as ever about its facilities and the owners' service. The beautifully maintained early 1900s home stands on a hill above the charming town of Arroyo Grande. The nicely landscaped backyard is a wonderful place to relax as is the first floor, which...

We stayed here based on the other reviews, and we were not disappointed. Judy and Jack are wonderful hosts. Our room was extremely comfortable, and since it was a hot night, Judy got us a fan. It is so nice that it is walking distance to the village. We will come again!

This B&B is the perfect overnight if you are driving from LA to San Francisco, or vice versa. It's about half way, and is conveniently located not far off the highway. The quiet little village of Arroyo Grande is pretty and scenic, with some good choices for dinner within easy walking distance from the B&B. Staying here is much cheaper...

If you want to get away from it all, but still have easy access to Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and Morro Bay, then this hillside B&B would work for you. We spent one night here and truly enjoyed the experience. Our beautifully decorated, immaculate quarters (Heritage Room) offered plenty of space and included an antique queen bed and a...

This was our 3rd stay and it was just as comfortable as the previous ones. Judy & Jack are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home in their lovingly decorated house. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and conversations with the other guests. The village of Arroyo Grande is just a short walk away and always worth a visit.

Your hosts, Jack & Judy are just great and Jack makes yummy breakfast in the morning. Lots of neat antiques, clocks and books. Take a walk around the gardens outside and see...

This was our 2nd stay here in the past few years and it felt like going home, only the bed was more comfortable than ours at home! It's not a fancy place but very nice; clean, comfortable and interesting; lots of clocks and antiques to look at, many books, lovely gardens. Jack and Judy are a delightful couple and they...
