Exceptional front desk, clean modern rooms (stayed in tower) lots of room, we stayed in the 2 bedroom 1 bath suite, very nice, great for families. Breakfast was ok, best you can expect for a high volume buffet - food was hot to warm, coffee good, bagels fresh, cereal for the kids. Very close to Disney and additional food choices.... More

This hotel, while seemingly a good deal was a HORRIBLE choice which we dearly paid for due to the sheer amount of noise and contraction. It was anything but peaceful and we decided to check out the next morning. Thankfully they were nice enough to let us cancel and we book in another city. Would NOT return, EVER.

This is a budget hotel within a literal stones throw of the Disney front entrance. Its a trade off between some negative issues and its reasonable price and fantastic location. On the positive side the staff without exception were friendly and helpful, they have a great upstairs bar after 5 pm which sells an excellent scampi pasta and has live... More

We have stayed at this hotel many times and through various names, such as the Ramada, and have enjoyed our stays every time. I would give 4 1/2 stars, and not 5 because the inconsistency of the wifi in our room, which hasn't changed from other times we have stayed at this hotel. Also, the walkway to our room seems... Made a reservation because my husgand and I were going to California to visit our son who was returning from deployment and thought we might fit in a quick trip to Disneyland Dates changed of his return, so I cancelled our reservation online over a month before the date of our reservation. My wife had stayed here before on business and recommended it. I found it to be a bit overpriced for a Disneyland trip considering hotels that were closer to the entrance where cheaper. It was a nice hotel with an ok free breakfast, beds were very comfortable and the rooms/bathroom were clean. If you want to watch the Disney firework... More

We stayed in a premier room with 2 Queen sized beds. The mattresses weren't very comfortable and the pillows are like travel size. We were so tired every night after our adventures at the park that it didn't matter too terribly much. I loved having the double sink vanity outside of the actual bathroom. That was very handy. The room... More

First of all our family comes to Disneyland at least once a year. We never stay at a Disney hotel because I cannot justify spending that much on a bed. That being said this is FAR from the worst hotel near the resort we have stayed at. On the other hand not at the top either. Pluses: super close to... More

This is a newly renovated Ramada. It's very basic, gets the job done. Our room was in the back building away from the street so it was very quiet. We were also right in front of the elevator but we didn't hear a peep. We do travel with white noise....so keep that in mind. Our room was clean with the... More

I booked two rooms at this hotel for a race weekend. I made the reservations months ahead of time, and kind of forgot about it. After taking a cross country flight to meet up with friends, we hopped in a shuttle and I turned my phone back on. Imagine my shock to receive a message from the hotel that they... More
