This place like others have said is set up more like an apartment complex. The grounds are pretty huge. Yes the buildings are a little dated but our room was pretty comfy looking. I have no complaints yet. I was however a little disappointed to find out that parking is not included in the rate of your room. It is...

The first impression of the hotel by appearance was underwhelming. The man at the front desk was very friendly and happy to help, and made check in very quick. We had troubles getting into our room (because the doorknob turns up and not down) so we had someone help us figure it out. Later that night we went to sleep...

The hotel charges 10.00 a night for parking plus tax and a resort fee on top of that. The water pressure in our room was the worst. You either had cold water or boiling hot water. One of the mornings we had no running water at all. The hotel is a block from Disney, but not worth the stay. The...

The hotel lobby is going through some kind of remodel. I was greeted very quickly and the staff was friendly. They let me check in early, I was surprised as most hotels in the area dont. It was about 2:30pm, check in time is 4pm. The location is very convenient, it's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Disneyland....

The only thing this hotel has going in its favor is location. Easy walking distance to the Convention Center, and super easy walking to Disneyland. We came up for the NAMM show, and stayed over a weekend that was rainy, overcast and cold. The hotel lobby was undergoing a remodel, so it was very unpretty. The property - which was...

We were very close to Disneyland and were able to easily walk there and back everyday. The hotel is undergoing renovations but will look fantastic when finished. We asked the reception staff if they were able to print out some paperwork required for our trip and they could not, but pointed us in the direction of a nearby hotel who...

Spend a little bit less and go elsewhere for a better experience. We arrived late to find two helpful and friendly staff who could not tell us the answers to any of our questions. the place is really run down and poorly maintained and with a shabby exterior on the front and worn out rooms and walkways. Where other hotels...

Woke up early to go to Disney, turned on the light ant there were cockroaches on the table and wall. Coffee pot leaked back into itself and the tub filled with water while showering. Told the desk and we were moved to a renovated room that was dumpier than the first one. At least there is wifi in the new...

I've stayed at a number of properties near Disneyland over the years: Candy Cane Inn, Peacock Suites, Hotel Indigo, Castle Inn, Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier...and this unfortunately was my least favorite. I really wanted to like this place because other reviews mentioned this property is under new management and the rooms are being remodeled and the employees are really friendly....
