We stayed at the beginning of our 5 week road trip and at the end before returning home. We were greeted by a delightful young man who certainly made us feel welcome. Our room was ok. It was dated and in need of a spruce up but comfortable and clean. The door had a 2-3 inch gap so not much...

We found the hotel an excellent base for the disney andLA area. When a review says ten minutes from Disney you may be inclined to take it with a pinch of salt but believe this is exactly how long it will take you to get to the gates. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and our kids loved...

We had the most amazing stay. Very clean and the friendliest staff ever. Day or night front desk staff where so helpful and always smiling. Fabulous locations to buses and walking distance to shopping and my favorite resturants Bubba Gumps and PF Changs. With 7-11 right next door we could buy water by the case since rooms all have fridges...

Total waste of money. Poor room service, poor breakfast. It's not even that short walking distance to Disneyland. I hate the rooms. Bathroom is too small. TV is old. There's only few channels and there's few channel for the kids. AC is not working well. It tends to become hot esp in the afternoon. I will not recommend this place...

We love this hotel, we've been staying here everytime we come to Disney for the last 6 years. As soon as we think Disney we think Desert Palms Hotel, the rooms are awsome specially the suites if you have a family of 4 plus . The breakfast is so good to start the day so full of energy and one...

I read many reviews about this place. Some of it is true, but you get what you pay for. We arrived on a Tuesday. The traffic getting there was terrible. But once in the room we were able to relax. The traffic can be heard inside the room. But I can't imagine any hotel in the area that doesn't have...

Stayed for 5 nights in a kids suite (Yuha Suite). Room was clean. Small fridge with a tiny freezer section. King bed in half of room with a sliding glass door? wall? separating the bunk beds & sleeper sofa. Kids area was very cramped with the sleeper sofa extended. We packed in 3 adults, 3 kids and an infant. Scheduling...

My husband and I took my parents to Disneyland recently, and stayed in a 1 Bedroom Suite for 3 nights. The room was very spacious, especially for 4 adults. We opted to sleep on the pull-out couch, while my parents stayed in the bedroom (even though there were 2 large beds in the bedroom). It was a great way for...

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the park entrances. Free undercover parking. Our rooms were renewed, clean and comfortable. The water in the lobby with the lemons or strawberries was a plus. The hot breakfast is delicious. We have been there for 8 years in the row and believe me, it pay the value for your money....

We are a family of 4 traveling from Australia. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the park entrances. Free undercover parking, very good value at around $130 US a night. Don't base your booking on the free American breakfast as that was a huge disappointment. All incredibly bad food choices. Nothing healthy. $2 washing machines a hit...
