We were told the family suite slept 8--there were only 3 double beds! Don't know how we were sleeping 8. The air conditioner was in the wall and only had "on or off". No air at all in the second room and no screen in the window. The rooms were dingy and smelled. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and...

We stayed here for 4 nights November 2012 with 3 kids. It was a basic, older room. But it was clean and functional - no problems at all. It's very close to Disneyland - across the road from carparks. So for the price (we paid about $45 AUD a night) it was great. Also has a nice indoor spa that...

I made the mistake of paying for two nights. A little over a week before my stay, I decided to cancel one of the nights. They said I would get a refund within 3 to 5 business days. My reserved day came and I still hadn't received my refund, I asked them why and they said it normally took 5...

It was clean, beds were fine. It was just a bed to sleep. It was very close to Disneyland, a ten min walk. It was nothing fancy. If you want to save money and spend it elsewhere, this is a good place.

It's a "you get what you pay for" type of deal. It was very inexpensive to stay here compared to other places in the area. Not entirely next door, but in walking distance to disneyland (10-15 min walk) and family restaurants/mini marts. HOWEVER, the hotel was very run down. The carpet felt sticky, the hot water ran out quickly, paper...

I would like to start this review by saying, I am NOT a picky person. I am merely writing this review because there are so many people who write and say "i knew what I was expecting, but I was so disappointed". Ok, if you knew what you were expecting - then how could it be disappointing! This review will...

Stayed at this property for 4 nights in order to be within walking distance from Disneyland/California adventure. Basically the close proximity was the only good thing about this hotel. Right away after we checked in, we found a spider in our room and could not get the air conditioner to work. When we phoned the desk the agent told us...

We go to Disneyland every winter and normally stay at a Quality Inn within walking distance to the park for about $50-60/night. This year, however, our usual place was booked so we jumped on Expedia and took this place. While, geographically, it looks like it is near the park, it is not really within a reasonable walking distance to any...

The room was inexpensive, but the accommodations were horrible. The room was dirty, and I wouldn't even walk on the carpet without socks on. The pool is outdoor/non-heated, so it isn't usable during the off months. The hot tub was gross and the room it was in smelled strongly of urine! They said it was only .6 miles from Disneyland,...

Although the location is perfect to walk to Disneyland or the Anaheim convention center, there are manybetter options along this same stretch of Katella. Mattress springs poked my ribs all night. The blanket had several cigarette burn holes. The walls were so paper-thin, I could hear ever syllable of the phone conversationin the room next to me while someone above...
