We decided to stay here as it was very close to Disneyland, coming here we knew it wasn't going to be amazing based on reviews and price ( although not cheap, it was good value in comparsion) Rooms were a good size for families but they wewre old, bathrooms were horrible, cracked and tiny. I felt I couldn't walk on...

This is a large, very nice hotel. Our room was spacious and clean - beds comfortable - and it was surprisingly quiet. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker, but no microwave. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. With one minor exception, employees were friendly and helpful. The on site deli has some nice options and the restaurant serves...

The room was very comfortable. The shuttle to Disneyland was prompt and great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The negatives were: no window or fan in the bathroom; and no complementary breakfast. The dining room is expensive for breakfast. It was noisy early in the morning because some children were in the next room and shouting, but otherwise, it...

My daughter and I had a great experience at the Anaheim Majestic last week. We took advantage of the onsite deli, pool, story time with Princess Corinne and happy hour. The shuttle was very convenient and always followed the schedule. I found the drivers, front desk, bartenders and deli/cafe workers to all be very helpful and informative. Everyone was always...

Terrible! Dirty, nothing in the room, rude front desk( I wanted to offer her some money to get my questions answered)! Zero customer service, bad food, noisy, over all it's out! We usually go to only 5 star hotels but this was chosen by our 4 year olds grandsons only because they had castle shape bunk beds and they really...

The hotel is ideally located near the Disneyland Resort and a free shuttle is provided every 30 min. The hotel itself is very beautiful. I was a bit disappointed by the rooms, poorly decorated. The bed heads were damaged and the room looked a bit old. The staff at the Front Desk was very friendly.

Beautiful, large room! Nice lobby, pool, spa....very clean! Great reception and Disneyland ticket representative very helpful! Need clearer instructions on the shuttle service as they say pick up is between 13 and 19; however, if you stand at 13 and other guest are at 19 you will not get on the bus. There was security one night which was helpful....

Stayed in a one king bed plus sofa bed room. Family of 5!! Room was ok.. a little bit outdated but doable. We stayed here for 2 days.... a little outdated but doable! It was nice having a shuttle to Disneyland... I did hate paying for hotel parking.

So let me start off by saying the most important thing to me is the room must be clean, and that it was! Second they have a wonderful restaurant with many affordable options, a free shuttle bus that runs ever 30 minutes. Everything was literally wonderful, big comfortable bedroom a comfortable bed. I guess the only thing that would be...

We booked here via a Priceline Express deal (I believe we paid around $119? There was a big cheer convention the weekend we stayed which drove all area hotel prices up). We hadn't stayed here before, but I'd always admired the hotel from the outside. We checked in late, around 10 PM, for a one night stay. We were kindly...

  • Broken AC. Try sleeping @ 77. Sweating. Staff wouldn't let us borrow unused
  • Sink doesn't drain.
  • Disgusting stains on the floor. How is this acceptable? We wouldn't walk barefoot in this room.
