The hotel is the place to stay for convenience, with direct access to California Adventure and easy access to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. The hotel itself is average, and as other reviewers pointed out, getting tired. Rooms are small and basic. Staff is very attentive and friendly for the most part. If the family is all old enough to be...

Great for families. Self park across street very convenient. Food and beverage way to high. Best to eat out on harbor blvd. food better and cheaper. Pool was nice but hot tub was cold. Great location to the park and downtown Disney. Would stay again for the right price

This was our first time in a Disneyland hotel, one right inside the park. I guess I was expecting a little more for my 400$ a night. Rooms were nice and seemed up to date, They were clean so that was a plus. I paid an extra 200$ for a room with a view and was told we were going...

This is our second time staying at the hotel in a Downtown Disney View room, coincidentally we were in the same room the as the last time (5143). This room is a perfect location, when you reach the end of the first hallway and make a right it's just a few doors down. It is also close to the vending...

very poor lighting in rooms - impossible for anyone trying to out on makeup. in fact whole hotel felt dark & dingy, meant to be like log cabins but bit inviting decor at all. plus side is that beds are very comfortable and Room seemed clean however the public restrooms only average clean. we had 4 ppl in a room...

I was at this hotel for a convention so I saw it a bit differently than those who were there to visit the park. It IS very convenient to the Park - and that's a plus for anyone who wants the full Disneyland experience. It's an easy walk out the side of the hotel right into the entrance. Pretty cool....

Just returned from a two night stay at Grand Californian in Disneyland. Starting at my arrival, I was impressed with the valet service. I was greeted with a friendly smile and valet fees versus self-park were explained. I chose to valet since there was only a small difference. Valet is $25 a day while self- park is $17 and it's...

I'm not going to complain about the price or compare the GCH to other $500 a night hotels. There is no comparison for a lot of reasons. I will say you shouldn't expect 5-star accommodations (though they have very nice suites...for an even higher price) here but the GCH is a nice hotel with a lot to offer. It's the...

First time staying at the Grand and so far the experience is so so. The ease to the California Adventure park and Downtown Disney are the saving grace. Valet and Staff is great, clean modern rooms. Stayed at the Anaheim Marriott a few months ago and enjoyed a larger room for half the price. If you plan to come and...
