It's depends on Disney sometimes they let you go through Grand California and sometimes they don't just depending on the the season of when you are going because there's a couple times where we stayed there and they didn't let us through and then there's a couple times when we were there they let us through it all just depends on what Disney still working on on access points and stuff.
