Staff was excellent, but of course, it's DISNEY! Character Breakfast at this location....EXCELLENT. make reservation early. Rooms were Clean & nice. Its a mid range hotel...but has all that you really need with Downtown Disney and the Parks w/in walking distance. I would stay here again.

Spent a day here with my friend and her nephews, and I have to say that for a Disney property, we were underwhelmed. The room was just average, pool area - very average. No food or drink service, at least this time of year, and food on property was pretty average. Main advantage of staying here is the monorail directly...

We have stayed at Disneyland hotel before and loved it but the Paradise Pier was even nicer. We were out of session for the pool and it rained two day we were there once really hard but it all made up for by the hotel for the rain. The beds were so soft and we had the option for a...

How can Disney approve of this? After having stayed at the Grand Californian and the Disneyland Hotel, I expected a similar level of Disney hospitality for over $300 per night. Boy was I wrong! The one bright spot was 1 very hard-working bellman who was the only one who seemed to understand what Disney service is supposed to be like....

The rooms are small, but the the place is well kept and the staff is nice. The walk is a bit of a distance to the parks, but not that bad for adults. i imagine it might seem a long way for a youngster, or if pushing a stroller. I get the complaints about the size vs price. But you...

We decided to splurge and stay at one of the resort hotels, but don't make our mistake. We were disappointed by the Paradise Pier hotel for the following reasons: 1. It was a long walk all the way through Downtown Disney to get to the entrance to the parks -- no shuttle, no monorail (except midway through Downtown Disney to...

I don't normally spend so much on a hotel room, but all my life I've wanted to stay at a Disney hotel and decided to do so for my kids' birthday. Places like the Hyatt and Hilton were half the price. Good #1: Loved the tv room for kids. When you've traveled a long ways to here, having something to...

Let's start with the positive: Beds were comfy, the views are all great, the location is convenient, the staff is excellent, the rooms are clean and the room keys are cool, elevators are unique (and would be nice if someone taught most how to use them because we ran into a lot of people that we had to teach). I...

But we already had paid for our Disney Park Package, so we went anyway - AND LOVED IT! The staff was friendly, the room clean and pretty. We had a gorgeous view of CA Adventure Park. The bed was comfy, there were enough hidden mouse ears around to be fun. We could leave our room and walk to either park...

There are two other on property places to stay in Disneyland, but we chose this one because of the price. It doesn't make sense to me to stay in a really expensive hotel room when you are going to spend 3/4 + of your day at the park. It was very clean, safe, a short walk to the parks. There...
