Pulling off the freeway I was concerned. ...it's right off it...yes great access but we would be there 4 nights ,we never heard any freeway noise. Rustic rooms with niceties like old looking bed posts, crown moldings, and chair railing. The main lobby has a great common area with a working fireplace. Pool, guest laundry, heated pool and hot tub....

The "alpine" feel of the hotel comes through. Breakfast plus warm cookies and fruit at night are a special bonus. Pool and spa sparkle. Restaurants are across the parking lot, and the freeway is hidden behind the mass of a hill, making this a private and quiet, yet convenient location. For great value, this is a worthy choice.

This is our second stay at the Ayres Lodge Alpine, and we would certainly stay here again. The staff couldn't be more helpful, and the rooms are designed to maximize comfort, with attention to small details. The breakfast room is very pleasant, with an outdoor sitting area area when the weather is warm. The breakfast itself is fairly standard for...

Pros: Clean rooms and bath, quiet, easily accessible location, good staff. Would choose same hotel again. Cons: small dining room and overcrowded especially during the weekends, same daily breakfast options. Bed and pillow were somewhat uncomfortable.

I've always enjoyed staying at the Ayres Hotels. This one was not as nice as some of the others in terms of the rooms and amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice that this location still provides breakfast (with hot options - love biscuits and gravy!) Nice that they have coffee and flavored creamers all day and night. Weird light...

Loved our room- a king bed, plenty of well -designed space. Nice touches like cove moulding and leather sofa made the room seem more personal than some we have experienced. Very nice clean and unstained carpet on the floor. This room did not have a microwave or refrigerator but we did not need them. Other larger rooms or suites may have...

A friend and I were in town for the annual Alpine Challenge Bicycle Ride, and since we were from Phoenix we required overnight lodging. This is the only hotel/motel in town so we didn't have a choice. That's a worry from the start. But we were pleasantly surprised with the updated and clean rooms. This is a nice place and...

Such a perfect simple little Lodge and the staff were amazing! Wish the pool was open later but that's normal for any hotel!! Breakfast was good, no eggs & bacon but had a huge variety. Also it's close to many restaurants and a brewery!
