This was our second time staying at the lodge. On both occasions, the staff have been friendly and accomodating, and welcomed us like family. Our cabin was rustic, yet clean, and their location in the Arizona White Mountains is breathtaking and tranquil. A campfire with other travelers in the evening, under a blanket of stars, is a regular event and...

It was a great trip. If you are looking for "remote", this is the place to be. Great food. Don't expect to come and get work done because you are "dis-connected" from the outside world. The area is absolutely spectacular. I would highly recommend. We will be going back.

After reserving our three cabins at Hannigans Meadow we read some of the reviews and our son made the comment, "Well, it is better than camping." We were expecting run down, out dated cabins and we were not going to sleep in the beds. We took a pile of bedding, and essentials like toilet paper. Boy were we surprised when...

When they say the cabins are rustic they need to know there is a differance between rustic and poor workmanship and not doing repairs. When we got there the cabin was not ready. After about 45 minuite they finished cleaning but the cabin needed much more than that. We noticed the front window had been broken some time ago and...

Rooms are old fashioned--by that, I mean tiny. We stayed in the last room available, the Babbit room. Just a double bed with 12-18 inches on either side and a bathroom. But at $65 for Labor Day weekend, I can't complain. There were couches and chairs in common areas and a table for playing games, also a wide front porch...

Hannigan Meadow Lodge is a true log lodge with a nice resturaunt, cozy, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. It sets on the edge of a beautiful mountain meadow amongst tall pines. It is convenient to many of the attractions of the area, the fishing lakes and streams, the hiking trails and the senic drives. There is a stable with horses...

I stayed at Hannagan Meadow for the first time in August 2010 and I stayed at one of the free standing cabins(Josh Cabin). The located was unbelieveable beautiful. Great customer service at the lodge. If you're looking to watch TV in your cabin and do a lot of city type things this is not the place for you. Hannagan Meadow...
