51yo Professional Male. This Motel is an older business in fair/poor condition. I accepted that based on the price. The Managers are an Indian family, ok that's fine, but are nosey and all over your business. Male Manager watches your every move. (when you come and go, who you are with, etc) The female manager "I am NOT his wife"...

Had out of town guest who were on a budget. The had made reservations before asking me for suggestions. The hotel is old. Its been here since I was born and Im almost 50. Carpet is dirty and has a musky smell. The staff is nice but that certainly does not make up for the hotel conditions. I personally paid...

This motel was very inexpensive and like I said in my title, you get what you pay for. Our room was quite large. Not many frills. There was however, a fridge and microwave. Brand new A/C and the internet was free. Everything was clean and in working order. If you're just looking for a cheap place to rest your head...

The Mark Motel is exactly what you would expect, Very low budget, small town motel. It kind of reminded me of my studio apartment from undergrad - really old, simple, one large room. floor was disgusting. And they shut the power off at midnight till 4:30 am. To save a few bucks. do not support this behavior!
