The General Manager has a bad attitude and does not care about your business. Never again will we use a holiday inn express. We had several rooms booked for a group of baseball players at a low rate and she cancelled them before our coach got out of school at 3 to call (they were aware he was a teacher...

I had to stay at the hotel when a storm hit and the roads were too bad to drive home in. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was generous, offering us food and personal items to share with our group since we did not have any.

I really like this Holiday Inn Express. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was great, and they had 4 pillows - 2 soft and 2 firm - so it was great for picky travellers. Keureg coffee maker in the the room. Plenty of towels Easy check in, easy check out, nice quiet hotel. Offered a bottle of cold...

We took an impromptu trip and needed a place to stay which I booked online while on the way there. The stay was very pleasant. We were greeted warmly by the counter agent who promptly checked us in. The room was what you would want from a Holiday Inn Express. We like these types of hotels because you know what...

The Holiday Inn Express certainly deserves 5 stars for what it is -- a great hotel in a small town. Every single aspect of our stay was delightful. We were visiting town for our grand daughter's 1st birthday. We rented 2 rooms plus a suite. All of the rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Every person on the hotel...

Stayed here for three nights while visiting family. Andalusia is a small town but surprisingly has 3 hotels. This one is the nicest but also the most expensive. I don't mind paying a little more for a nice room though. Since it's a small town, there were very few other people staying in the hotel so it was nice and...

WOW! I've been staying in hotels over a year now while having to travel for my job. Absolutely THE cleanest hotel I've come across! Clean was just one part of what I liked there - staff was friendly and helpful. (Beds were a little high for a short person like me!). Heading there again this week!

Bed was comfortable but it squeaked every time I moved. It's isolated with nothing close by. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Several minutes to restaurants. Great staff. I'd stay here again.

I was in town for a Pastor's conference and stayed 3 nights. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the morning staff was bright and cheerful. The whole place was just perfect for our needs and we will be back again, and will stay here. Thank you to the...

We spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting with family. We found the hotel to be spotless as well as our room. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure to greet us not only at the front desk, but also any employee who passed by. The breakfast was more than sufficient in variety, and the ladies...
