We just needed a place to lay our heads after a long day on the road. This met that criteria. I thought the place smelled strongly of bleach, but a least it was clean. The hotel has been there forever. I thought the hotel was a little overpriced considering the location.

We arrived to find a whole in the wall that had tried to be covered..it stunk..one bed was broke ,and when u sat on it ,it fell 4 inches. We found 3 cigarette butts in the floor. Ashes in the floor and on head board. There was a stain on the sheets..we went to tell the front desk about the cigarette butts they didn't act alarmed at all! They came and vacummed .Then we go to take a shower and found a dirty towel hanging on the door. It was clear this room had not been cleaned. I will never ever stay there again!

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a pretty good breakfast that included waffles and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay for local events. We will definitely be back.

Love the architecture of this place! Super value for the $60 tier Southern hospitality from very friendly staff . Clean throughout. Continental breakfast was 95% complete....no kielbasa. ;-) Strong and fast wireless We would return and recommend to friends.

Came to Albertville for a family reunion. The rooms are old & outdated. Parts of the carpet were torn & frayed, the light switches & outlets were discolored, & the comforters looked dirty. The staff is friendly & helpful, beds are comfortable, & breakfast is plentiful & satisfying. If this hotel would renovate, we'll be back.
