Nice and clean hotel however the staff does not deliver the highly standard of service that I’ve experienced with other brands. Took over 2 hours for my guest request to be delivered to my room. Also, breakfast was cleaned and over before 10am - the cut off time.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place while on a trip to bring my eldest to college in D.C. I'd stayed in a Hyatt place last year, in Boise, and found it very pleasant and comfortable. This Hyatt is as well. Contemporary decor. Very good staff (esp Vanessa & Robin) at the front…
There are some experiences and people who stand out in terms of experiences and service. This Hyatt Place and its staff have that honor for me. I stayed there recently for several nights along with another family member. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home…
This Hyatt Place is comparable to other higher end hotels in its class and has great amenities and friendly staff. Good value for the money in the Georgetown area and free breakfast including bacon & eggs for World of Hyatt members as well.
The hotel is beautiful and clean. Makes you feel like a rich person. I really liked Nia at the front desk! She seemed down to earth and real. The location also worked really well because it's not too far from airports and other notable locations.
"park around the corner rather than pay $53 valet"
"2nd floor is a winner!"
"rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet. Pets are allowed, fyi."
"Corner suites are large and sunny."
"Quieter room away from the elevators. Room w a king size bed & couch that converts to a pull out bed - made the room seem more spacious."
