Even more than we expected. We also received free admission to the African American Museum. After a small issue off water to our room was readily corrected. A fine lunch at the restaurant was next. Great location for National Theater.

I have the IHG credit card so with enough notice, I can get 1 night at a hotel like this free (credit card is $49 per year so still awesome deal!!). Otherwise I could never afford a hotel like this even with my travel agent discount. They also did not offer me a compt. breakfast which all Intercontinental properties have...

The Willard Hotel is very elegant and convenient to downtown DC. Easy to walk to historic places. Conference rooms were well equipped and food was delicious. Two blocks from the national mall. Quiet hotel.

We had a great stay and desk personnel were so helpful and accommodating to my wishes. Loved that it was so close to the White House, and the mall, etc. All of our events were held in the Willard and we didn't have to travel back and forth from a different hotel.

We didn't have a great experience. First of all the hotel is very dated. I think it's the style but not our favorite. We stayed 2 nights and we got vouchers for free drinks but when we got to the bar it took 30 minutes before anyone even noticed us and then another 30 to get our drinks. They did...

I love this hotel. I want to give her five stars, but she has some issues. The most vexing is her inability to allow flexibility with non-refundable reservations. Yes, I know, non-refundable, I totally get it and follow the rules. But sometimes (often) I want to add on a day to my stay ... I love D.C., and my son...

I was in town for business. The hotel exceeded my high expectations. The room was very comfortable, the service was very attentive, and the hotel restaurant was excellent. I plan to come back when I'm next in town.

We stayed here just for one night and found the hotel cozy and beautiful. We had a room with a view of the Washington moment which we enjoyed. The Round Robin bar was bustling but able to get a drink and watch the comings and goings of various people. Our bed was very comfortable and we liked our pillows. The...

Wonderful hotel. Only disappointment was breakfast in Café du Park which was decidedly average. Otherwise, very comfortable rooms and a lovely bar for after dinner drinks. Attentive staff and most helpful concierge. Overall a very nice experience.
