I would recommend this hotel for those staying in DC for business or leisure. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and retail stores. The room quality is what you'd expect of a Grand Hyatt or other luxury hotels. The staff was very attentive, especially the front desk staff and those working in the lounge...

Poor for the price, unless you can pay with loyalty points. For $550 per night you get a great location, clean room, and absolutely nothing else. Tough, heavy, uncomfortable bedding. Good work space but very loud at night. It seems everyone else there is in town for business and conferences, meaning that they can charge their rooms to their company...

The Washington Grand Hyatt left much to be desired. For the price of $424 per night I would expect fabulous service, an impeccable room, delicious food, and an overall wonderful experience. Instead the room was just okay, the service was adequate, and the food was just edible. Step up your game.

The Grand Hyatt is in a great location if you are in town for work, shopping or site seeing. It's near everything downtown and I would've given this hotel all fives if it wasn't for the customer services and the cleanliness of my room. This was my second time staying at the Grand Hyatt in D.C. and for the second...

It was very easy to check in and check out. We had a very quiet room. Washington is a noisy and busy city but this was a very enjoyable place to stay. The health club and Paul were very fun to use in the future races were very good.

Great experience from check in to check out! Met Security Director Jeff Lundy on elevator and when was making his rounds he noticed our room key did not work and he stepped in to help us out. Then in Club Room, Savon was the most gracious host/concierge providing us with excellent customer service. The food in Club was excellent too...
