This hotel is superb for visiting Washington DC. It is so central to everything. The White House is only 5-10 mins walk. Amazing breakfast. Good size rooms and the gym is great. Small pool but we visited for the sightseeing not swimming, although nice to have a relax in pool before going out. We were able to visit Virginia as...

We stayed here at the same time as a large pre-teen/teen dance competition. Although the hotel was very busy, the reception and concierge were very helpful and accommodating. We were concerned about noise level (both from the dancers and factors noted in other reviews). We stayed in an atrium-view room away from the ice machine and the elevators. It was...

Location and luxury. Just booked our annual Easter week trip to stay at the Grand Hyatt. The location is what brought us here the first year and the accommodations make us come back. The staff is very tentative to all your needs. If you can swing the extra charge add on the 12th floor stay for access to the Grand...

We arrived fairly late. Called room service to switch for hypoallergenic pillows and no one came by. It's a large complex but is showing signs of age. There were some moldy spots on shower tiles. No free breakfast -$35pp for buffet. Thank goodness for on site Starbucks. Valet parking also around $35 per night if you don't want to drive...

This is a big convention hotel, but it is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of hustle and bustle. The parking is expensive, and so is the breakfast. There is very little street parking in the area. Small swimming pool, lot of kids over the holiday. Friendly staff.

It is a great location, can reach the subway without going outside and a 10-15 minute walk to the National Mall and most of the major attractions. Rooms are pretty standard for what you get in a Hyatt, quite noisy from outside though, best to pick a higher floor if you can. It is a long walk to some of...

We had an excellent time. Extremely pleased with the hotel! The hotel is in a very convenient location. We went to a Sixers/ Wizards basketball game and were able to walk. Hotel is about 2 blocks from the Verizon center where the Wizards play. Hotel is also very close to the White House and Museums.

Terrible service staff was beyond rude! I will not be back. They charged the wrong card the wrong amount and everything I asked them annoyed them. The check in people were rude beyond belief. Train your staff better!

The hotel location is awesome, it is very central D.C. It was clean and well maintained. The atrium is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great but pricey. Enjoyed having the Starbucks in the lobby. and the metro access.
