I had looked at a number of hotels in the area. I was hesitant to book at Embassy Row Hotel because it was less expensive than other comparable hotels, and I generally believe that you get what you pay for. However, after reading reviews I booked anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly. The room was decorated...

Although the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly, they obviously didn't think to align hosted activities with their "typical" guest. This particular weekend, the hotel was occupied by many families visiting DC for a very large junior girls volleyball tournament (I heard 900 teams). The hosted activities certainly didn't align to a population of teenage girls. The hotel bar/lobby...

We stayed for a weekend volleyball tournament that was held at the convention center. This location was convenient and about a 30 minute walk or 10 minute ride. We walked back & forth several times and always seemed safe. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, rooms were nice. We stayed in February so didn't get a chance to check...

We stayed over Valentine's weekend and had a great stay. We were a bit early for check in but the room happened to be ready and the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had a beautifully appointed room with king bed. The hotel lobby bar had great local craft beer and awesome bartenders. The location is within...

Stayed one night. Location was excellent for what I had planned to do in DC. Front desk staff and parking attendants couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Did not have time to take in all of hotel, however the food area was not comfortable or inviting. The bedroom was small but adequate.

Stayed two nights and must admit it is a well kept secret for the DC area! Staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations! Rooms were very comfortable and spectacular view of surrounding embassies and court yards.

Dear ah013738, Thank you for your feedback. We are concerned about your comments as it is not clear whether you are noting our $50/day approval that we require for incidental charges or if you were actually charged for damages. If it was our incidental approval, your bank reverses these charges after 5-7 business days (depending on your bank). If you...

I stayed two night during a business trip. The location was very close to my meeting location which made travel very easy. The facilities were exceptional and close to variety of DC restaurants. I like to exercise, the indoor exercise room was great and outdoors walking/running was safe.

The hotel is beautiful and clean in a great location. Bar needs to be open more and more in-house food options should be provided. Even the snacks in the hotel were all high-end and expensive for snacks, but sometimes you just want some Dorito's or be able to order bar food or easy room service. What's the point of a beautiful...
