The hotel was great! They accommodated me checking in early, I love the extra security measures that only allow guest to use the elevators. The staff was incredible as well, the parking was my only issue its very expensive, not reasonable at all.

The staff provided excellent customer service and the hotel was very clean. The only negative was room located above fire department. I would stay at this location again just on the other side of the building away from the fire department.

Close to national mall but that’s it. Parking is crazy expensive with no recommendations made by my hotel staff for alternative options. The room was clean but connected to a hotel is a fire department which is very loud in the middle of the night.

Culture, Thank you for your feedback. While you're correct that our only parking option is valet parking, we are at par with or even slightly less than other neighboring parking garages. The only other option is street parking, but that must be paid all day as meters are monitored for the majority of the day. Most guests find it most efficient to not even rent a vehicle as we are walking/metro/ride share distance to the many attractions in DC. However, if you must, feel confident that our parking garage is secure and our service is quick. Our Fire Engine Company, 13, is actually the station that responds to the White House, and other special assignments. With their light and traffic control systems, they do not turn on any notification systems whether visual or audible until they are 4 blocks away. I apologize if any city noise disrupted you, but I can only assume they were sounds of the city and not directly related our property. Thank you Rustin Moore

We stayed at the Hyatt National Mall. It was only five blocks from where we were seeing a concert at the Anthem. The Hyatt was so accommodating and the rooms were beautiful. I will definitely stay there when I go back

Renee, We loved hosting the concert goers for the Old Dominion concert at the Anthem. You are absolutely right, we tried to inform everyone we spoke to that its not worth Uber'ing to and from the venue, by the time you are in their vehicle, you could be back in the hotel with your feet up relaxing. We appreciate your visit and you taking the time to let the world know how much you enjoyed it. Thank you Rustin Moore
