The hotel's is in a great location to walk to the National Mall and the Wharf. Easy access to multiple Metro lines. Our room was spotless - we felt comfortable and safe (from COVID). Their hot breakfast was back! While missing in vegetables, there is enough of everything else to start the day. We didn't experience a wait for anything to be refilled. We didn't get a chance to take in the rooftop bar. Hopefully next time. Thanks to the whole team for making this a great stay.

My husband, daughter, & I stayed here Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location. It’s a 6 minute walk to the L’enfant Metro Station, and about a 15 minute walk to the Air & Space Museum and National Art Gallery. The posted online information and Cindy emails differed from what actually was happening. For instance, it wasn’t valet parking. It was self-park in their underground garage. With tax, it was $49.56 per night. Parking spaces are small and can be tricky to parallel park into, but we always found a spot. The grab-n-go breakfast wasn’t happening, but an actual hot breakfast buffet was being offered. The elevators were a little annoying at times to get to the parking garage- you had to take the elevator to 3rd floor and then walk around the corner to go through a service door to take the service elevator to the parking garage floors. Also, we stayed for three nights and housekeeping only cones for 5+ night stays, so our carryout trash and recyclables piled up (we emptied them ourselves). Overall, a good option for a hotel in DC.

The staff was personable and helpful with tourist questions. The hotel was clean and daily breakfast was great. Convenient location and parking. If we make our way to D.C. again...we would not hesitate to sty at this hotel again.

The website should note and staff should advise that garage parking is limited. Additionally a method for tracking availability should be implemented. I was in town visiting family and arrived back at the hotel late and to find the garage doors closed. The location is by office buildings so on a Saturday night it is secluded. While the immediate area seemed ok, having to park 2-3 blocks from the hotel left a lot to be desired. Additionally, I called the front desk to advise that I was unable to use the garage but was still charged $50+. Called again and waiting for charge to be returned. Furniture and decor was scratched and banged up making the hotel feel dated. Housekeeping of the bathroom pre-arrival was not thorough.
