Room is not fresh. Faucet was broken. Room had noisy A/C. Cheap furniture. Accessing internet was not easy. Elevator was not in good shape. We saw many cockroaches in the building. The staff seemed tired. Carpet were dirty.

This was the 2nd time we had stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. The hotel is looking a bit tired, clean, great location for all Washington has to offer but ready for an update...mattress, decor. Internet was terrible if room was away from the elevators. And 1 of 2 elevators was non functioning, meant for a long wait....

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the train service/bus lines.I wasn't willing to pay the crazy rates closer in town for a room we would hardly be in.Everything you need is in the area and walking to the attractions is doable. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and very spacious with a microwave...

Having grown up visiting Washington DC many times from the age of 7 or so, but having only stayed there once - when I was 12 - I knew lots about being a tourist, and little about the city's hotels. This BW is in a very congenial location, with a comfortable room, a selection of restaurants nearby, and an incredibly...

I think the service here was the best I've had at any hotel. Very helpful staff, attentive and pleasant. The bed left me sore every morning. It's close to the national monuments and has a lot of places to eat near by, as well as a CVS for those items you may have forgotten. Metro and bus are also very...

It's actually situated between DuPont Circle and Foggy Bottom, but if that's where you need to be then this is a pretty solid choice. The hotel is slightly older but the rooms are super clean (though a bit oddly shaped). The rooms have a fridge and microwave with utensils and dishes along with a table to eat at. The hotel...

Would not spend more than a night or two at this hotel. As a family of 6, this was not conducive to our needs. We only stayed 1 night as to enjoy the sites of Washington D.C. Parking is around the corner, the pool is down the street, and the staff need to specify what a seating area is.

We really enjoyed our experience in the middle of DC. The room was small but had everything we needed including a kitchenette with dishes. Staff was responsive and polite. The included breakfast was satisfactory--bagels, toast, cereal, eggs, sausage. Nice hotel--great price--excellent location--family friendly--friendly staff--loved it!

Stayed at Best Western Hotel and Suites in Washington DC for eight days. I found the hotel very tidy, well-located and suitable for people on business and leisure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it strongly for serious travelers.
