Pleasantly surprised at what a nice experience this was! Adam's Inn has friendly caring staff, a quiet street, superb location to NW DC restaurants and businesses, and is walking distance to Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, which is $150-$200 per night more. I saved money, got...More

The 'deluxe' top rooms have their own bathroom and separate TV. Maybe they even have a mini-fridge, not sure. The standard rooms don't have a TV in the room and you share a common bathroom and shower with other guests. There is a common TV in the 'lounge' room downstairs. Basically, the inn is (I may be wrong) a house converted into an inn/hotel. Since it is of older build, the bedrooms without a shower are the basic bedrooms you would have in a normal house without a shower and bathroom. The 'deluxe' bedrooms would be the 'master suite' with its own shower and bathroom. If you are fussy, get the 'deluxe' rooms. If you just want a place to rest at night with absolutely no frills, get the standard rooms. This place is the perfect example of 'you get what you pay for'! You can't beat its location though! Hope this helps.

We are sold out for the parking space on March 9th, 2017. However, there is a public parking garage nearby called Colonial Parking. We can give you the map to park there once you arrive. It's about 2 minutes drive and 10 minutes walking distance to come back to the inn.
We look forward to seeing you at Adam's Inn.
