Our first trip to DC led us to this B&B. Great size room, clean, comforting and had a great location around Dupont Circle. We were there for heavy sightiseeing and quality dinners. We accomplished both. The Innkeepers were both very welcoming and extremely helpful. However, sometimes when asking where a good place to get greek food or site A or...

Even from the first phone call to book our room, we were met with hospitality which continued through our entire stay. We were upgraded at no charge. The room and the rest of the house seemed newly restored with attention to detail that was artful, yet comfortable. The owners and rest of the staff were personable and always helpful. Breakfast...

You will arrive at the Embassy Circle as a guest and leave as a friend. We were fortunate to have four nights in this beautiful B & B but it was nowhere near long enough. Laura and Raymond are the most incredible hosts and nothing is a problem for them. The rooms are amazing ... the decor is out of...

The Embassy Circle Guest House was the best part of a wonderful trip to Washington, D.C. Loved everything about it. Bed was comfortable, food was great, and I especially loved the conversation with the owners. This was perfect for my group.

This bed and breakfast is beautiful and filled with wonderful paintings. The owners, Raymond and Laura, care about each traveler and each detail of the stay. This is house in which conversation is encouraged; there's a quiet and an atmosphere of civilized exchange that one does not usually find while on the road. I got to know the other writers...

We stayed for two nights in this amazing B&B located in a beautiful townhouse in the embassy quarter just outside of Washington Downtown. The room, Copper Bijjar, was one of most beautiful rooms we ever stayed in, tastefully decorated with antiques and eastern art. There is no TV in the B&B but there was an impeccably working WIFI connection. We...

The location is excellent and only a few blocks from the metro and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The service staff is excellent and cheerful. The owners, Raymond and Laura are polite and helpful. The only problem is the Laura’s perception of being a good host. Generally, in good B & B the host introduces the guests...

To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln: "You can please all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot please all the people all the time." We wish we could! We try awfully hard to please every single guest every single day. Unfortunately, every now and then we fail to please someone. We're really...

A beautiful guesthouse with wonderful hosts. Located in the wonderful Du Pont area, this is a charming and gracious establishment. We had a memorable stay which included great breakfasts and an inpromptu dinner at the guesthouse! Very good value for money.

This is a fabulous place to stay, centrally located for sightseeing or business. The owners, Ray and Laura are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, as are the very charming staff. The Inn was once the Taiwan Embassy. They have restored the building to its original elegance, it is beautifully decorated and has gorgeous original artwork. They have finessed hospitality. We look...

Returned to this guest house after a year or two away and I found that my high expectations were exceeded. The room amenities are superb with the guest's comfort and practical use in mind. When I mentioned I would be doing long hours of work from my room, I was immediately offered a choice of desk chairs. The linens, pillows,...
