Walking distance to the White house made this hotel a great location for our visit to Washington. The staff were very attentive and the rooms were well appointed with in room coffee making available.

My wife and our four teenagers stayed here for 9 days over the week of the 4th. We booked the hotel as it was a great deal for two rooms, the Jr Suite was $149/nt which had two double beds and a pull out bed plus kitchen for our 4 teens. We booked for $109/nt a room with a king... More

My experince with this hotel started when I pulled over in my suv and was told that they can't park my vehicle in their parking garage because it is too high. I was directed to park it at the Mariott hotel 2 blocks away. When I walked back to the hotel. I saw them park an suv just like mine... More

Thank you Mr. Edzahmed for your recent comments. Unfortunately we do not accommodate vehicles that are over 6 feet tall and it is stated on our website as well as all the other online search engines. As far as the manager that you felt gives every guest the meanest look is well respected and appraised by all our guest and... More

Perfect location, staff was very helpful and friendly. For the amount of time we were in the room was not worth paying the extra fee for WI FI, used the 2nd floor business center for free, worked perfect.

The staff here make the stay. They are very friendly and genuine. I would not call the rooms deluxe, but they are comfortable. I had a great egg white frittata fir breakfast it was a refreshing healthy choice option and delicious! (also served with a genuine smile)

My recent stay at St gregory was wonderful. I chose this hotel from the list on Hotels.com and it exceeded what I expected. Christopher Cunje, the manager on duty was so helpful, kind and made our stay even better. It was busy when we checked in and in the midst of the bad weather and he was so professional and... More

This last weekend I was extremely impressed with the facilities and service I received at this hotel. The desk clerk, Shadi, went out of his way to get us into a fantastic room before check-in time. Likewise, when we decided to extend our stay a day, Shadi called this person and that person to ensure we had an answer, and... More

We chose this hotel based on price and location and it delivered on both counts. We were able to walk to all the major sights and museums, if you're not up for walking the metro stop is not far from the hotel. If you want to cycle around DC there is a bike share station just a block away on... More

The hotel name sounds like an elegant old hotel. I found out it is an outdated hotel from the 60s. I was booked into this hotel by a local business that I was visiting. I had a 4:00 meeting scheduled and I arrived at the hotel at 2:50. I later found out that the hotel had doormen, not because there... More

Management response:

Service Matters - thank you for your comments and we certainly would have appreciated your discussing this with us while you were here. To say that the St. Gregory is a hotel from the 60’s is absolutely without basis as the hotel was opened in July of 2000 and has undergone numerous renovations. The bulk of our units are suites...
