Our organization hosted an annual summit at the Liaison and used the conference space for 2 days full of activities, including for a large reception. From the first interaction with hotel staff simply inquiring, to the final day of the event, every step of working with the Liaison was extremely satisfactory. The staff went above and beyond to meet our...

Great location near Union Station and the Capitol. Comfy beds and very clean room, although heater gets cold and hot (and back and forth) all night. However, closets and bathrooms are very tiny. Rooms could use some updating. Also, it was very frustrating that they don't serve a sit-down breakfast in their restaurant. You have to order room service to...

Stayed at the Liaison for a meeting. The conference rooms are smallish, and the rooms are pretty typical of just about any brand. The finishes are nice, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Even the "higher" floors are still low enough to hear traffic and sirens from outside. The beds are comfortable.

Spent the evening exploring the area, the next day was a full day of meetings at the Capitol and a very nice lunch at the Liaison. Excellent service with a perfect location! We plan to return for a pleasure visit sometime in the near future.

Service at all levels was excellent. Great location to all the landmarks. The onsite resturant and bar is cool, swanky, and delicious. Rooms are tastefully done and modern. Hotel was very clean. Full amenities for business and pleasure travels.

It's hard to describe but overall I just didn't feel welcomed by the staff. They (concierge, restaurant, check in) didn't seem to care about my visit- just went through the motions of their job and/or were chatting with another staff member instead of acknowledging me when I walked up. Check out person was much more personable. The rooms need an...

This hotel was excellent..the location is perfect. I grew up in Washington DC and was able to walk to local historical buildings. Union Station is 4 blocks away. The Postal Museum located next door to Union Station. The Capitol is about 6 blocks away. The hop on hop off bus can be picked up at Union Station

The room looked great. Comfortable, clean. And I was really tired and had an early morning. I was on the second floor in the back. As soon as I bedded down I heard the growl. Or felt it. So maybe it was a growl and rumble. It woke me up over and over all night long. Never quite figured it...

Very expensive. Very small bathroom. No counter space. Very few electrical outlets. Charged for wifi. At $400+/night, you can give free wifi. Food meh. Small closet filled with stuff. Could hardly fit my winter coat.

I've stayed at this hotel before & they always "almost" meet my expectations. Breakfast is an afterthought w/disposable flatware. You have to ask for a mini fridge, and the bed and pillows are stiff. I'm not sure why they changed from full service breakfast at their adorable Art & Soul. I was looking forward to it and was very disappointed about...
