The house itself is nice as well as the terrace. BUT: (1) If you do not like to eat at the casa your breakfast (5 CUC) and Dinner (10 CUC normal or 15 CUC for lobster), the owner will relocate you. They told me they received a booking after I told them I will not eat at their place this...

I stayed four nights at casa marisol and im afraid it is the worst place i stayed in in cuba. The room was not cleaned during my stay and the water in the shower didnt work although i commented it several times. The owner marisol is not very friendly with the guests and even though i speak perfect spanish it...

This house was arranged by our previous Casa. Arriving there it was all prepared. Marisol was very polite. As we had problems to find good food on our way, I asked how much would be lunch there and she said 10CUC, when I said we have had eating in the other house, and that the food was very good she...

Marisol and her staff, which includes her daughter on weekends when she's home from college, are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is good, and plentiful. If you run out of water in the bathroom, as can happen anywhere in Cuba, just let her know and she'll get the pump running pronto. I see...

We stayed with Marizol for 4 nights and it was the worst experience of our 3 weeks in Cuba. We stayed in a basement- like room with a small high window, tiny bathroom and no water pressure what so ever (I couldn't wash my hair!! Well, I could, by filling a water bottle). We paid 30 cuc per night and...

Please go your way and do not stay in this casa. Barely arrived at the casa, we had some issues with the shower facilities : the shower curtain always fell down as well as the support of the shower head, because it was not fixed well and therefore it did not keep fixed into the wall. We said to hour...

House if beautiful and it is the only thing it has. Marisol is not a nice person, she will find you excursions 3 times more expensive than if you go to the street. She also made us pay 9 CUC the breakfast even if we were with 2 kids !! 9 CUC for 2 pieces of fruits. This is twice...

The Casa had been arranged by our previous case in Vinales and we had been quite disappointed in the end. But let's start with the good things: the location is absolutely okay for visiting Trinidad. It is nice and quiet but only a short walk to the central Plaza. Furthermore our room was big and there are 2 terraces on...

Good location where we watched the neighborhood life from our window and rooftop terrace. Good breakfasts, but I don't recommend dinner in house. Our room wasn't touched in 4 days, including wastebasket wasn't emptied, but everyone friendly and helpful when asked.

Great spot in Trinidad, 1 block from Bus station and 2 from Plaza Mayor. Marisol is full of energy, and good fun but her cooking, particularly that of her 'chica' who helps in the kitchen is pretty uninspiring. Breakfast really poor, several day old recycled chopped fruit with ants on it, plain cheese sandwiches, meagre portions of coffee and juice...
