We stayed at Casa Santana for two nights in a spacious three bed room with private bathroom. The place is very central, it takes only 5 Minutes to walk to the Plaza Mayor, with lots of Bars and Restaurants around. Julian and Isabel have been ver< nice and helpful hosts - they also speak English very well. The breakfast served...

For our first four days, we put up with staying in an unwelcoming Casa far outside of town (it wasnt the Casa we thought we had booked) my only regret with Casa Santana is that we didn't move there earlier. Isabel is welcoming, speaks perfect English and is helpful, as were her husband and son in law. Breakfast was delicious,...

The old family house, of colonial style, is very beautiful. One room is located on the first floor. The room is really spacious, and the furnitures are authentic. The dinner, served in a lovely patio, is absolutely delicious. Julian and Isabel are extremely nice and helpful.

This Casa Particular run by Dr. Santana and Isabel is simply perfect. We had a beautiful room on the first floor with a clean and nice bathroom. Breakfast and Diner were great, not to mention the kindness and hospitality of Isabel and her family! Everybody was very nice and helpful and we felt very comfortable. The Casa is located on...

We had a lovely room here with a great little outside area that was beautiful to read, eat breakfast and generally chill out in. The house is beautiful, Julian was extremely attentive and his wife speaks English. We really enjoyed Trinidad and as casas particulares go, this was well equipped with a hammock, a fully stocked mini bar and a...

choose another casa particolar than this one. while the hosts are just friendly enough and the location central, this does not quite compensate for the antiquated accommodation. the sheets are old and worn, the air conditioning inadequate, the bed from the 1800s, the electrical wiring frightful and the breakfast the worst we had seen in any case particolar in cuba.

Casa Santana is a really lovely little spot, excellently situated and well appointed. The owners are super nice, very welcoming and leave you to your own devices! There was fridge stocked up that had an Honour Bar type system. Food was fantastic and a cougarry looking cat roaming the gardens called Ernesto, but he was nice. The room was clean...

i was about to write down that it isn't that good. however a more fair description would be: it is really bad, even for a casa particular. i will keep it to the basic pro-s and cons: 1) the bed is old and small 2) sheets are not cleaned and extra sheets are only given after asking twice 3) the...
