Walked through the door and wow the view is amazing!!! The hostess was helpful and friendly room was awesome, short drive to main street for dinner. Only a small criticism the shower is a bit too small. We were warm and cosy the whole time the bed was wonderful, slept well. Did not want to leave.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Studio and patio outside felt very private, lovely view over Little Oneroa Bay. Room was clean and spacious with everything we needed - appreciated the beach towels, chairs etc for guest use. Is a 15 min walk to the cafes and restaurants in Oneroa. Jo was very friendly and sorted us out with a map and insider tips on the island.

We stayed 2 nights in a studio at Watermark last week and really enjoyed it. Located just a short walk into the nearby small town, the place was very clean and modern with everything we needed. A lovely bathroom, kitchenette, TV/lounge area and outdoor seating with a glimpse of the sea. Comfortable bed too, oh and free wifi! Jo was very friendly and helpful too.

We have stayed a couple of times before at the Watermark. We come back time and time again for a few reasons; - Impeccable service from the owner, Jo. Nothing is ever a problem and she goes out of her way to ensure a memorable stay - The studio is spacious, all the mod cons with an extremely comfortable bed And a modern well appointed bathroom. There were even DVDs supplied in the room for the flat screen tv and Satellite tv. The view is simply to die for and makes for a visit that is relaxing and memorable. - As the accommodation is in Oneroa, you are a 1min drive to metro top 50 cafés and restaurants. Great god the foodies out there! Jo - above all, thank you for your continued hospitality. We will be back before too long! Steve & Jenn.

This is a beautiful spot to stay. Big, spacious, bright rooms with individual patios and all the modern features incl underfloor heating in the bathroom, DVD player, DVDs to choose from, board games etc. The fluffy towels are beautiful and the service is fabulous! We love this place and definitely recommend it! Parking available on site and only a short walk/drive to Oneroa (1km)

Very nice upmarket place to stay. Great view. Well appointed and modern. Reception was on 'annual leave' but we found our room effortlessly. Pleasant stay. No hassles. Close to town centre. Only thing not happy with was the shower. Weird shower rose - shower looked good - but like standing under a dribble. Room 1.

My husband and I stayed here for our joint birthday weekend and it was wonderful. The apartment (no. 2) was spacious, really well equipped and had the most amazing view. The bed was comfy, the place was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The little extra touches, like an iPod / Phone dock and big fluffy towels made the place feel even more luxurious. The owner, Jo, had given me hints on places to eat and advice on taxis and tours. The apartments are a 10-15 minute walk from Oneroa which is just enough to work up an appetite for the nice food and superb wine on offer there. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Jo.

We stayed at the studio (we had no 1 which offers great views of the bay) for 3 nights at the end of March. Firstly, Jo had already been helpful in supplying info re taxis, bikes etc in our emails from the UK and when we arrived (early) the room was all ready for us. It was a great room with everything you need, mini kitchen, storage, lovely shower room and toiletries. It's Jo that makes the difference though, going the extra mile to make your stay even better. There was a dolphin pod in the bay on one of our nights and not only did she tell us about it, she lent us binoculars and even drove us down to the beach for a better view! On our final morning she took our luggage into town and then dropped us at the ferry. A great host. Thanks ever so much.
