Adequate room, clean and good size. Comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to town centre and restaurants and within easy walking distance to the ferry port. They don't serve breakfast which is not such a problem since there are plenty of cafes et in the town. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant but the menu looked ok.

We had a large room on the ground floor on the main road which was really convenient to unload/load the car. There is a lift for other floors. The main road is noisey but it did quieten down over night. Our room had a comfy double bed and a single bed. Single wardrobe, table and chairs to eat at, large...

I stayed here for a night after coming off the ferry. I was in the two bedroom apartment and it was beautiful. Heaps of room and cooking facilities and a spa bath. I'd book this room again. The beds were great and the apartment was warm and quiet. The view from the room is 10/10. The staff were nice, I'd...

A very good sized room (double bed, single bed and settee) with a French window and large balcony. The decoration is plush. The room had a fridge, safe, iron, ironing board and utensils for eating. The hair dryer was very good although the shower was a bit weak. I had the buffet dinner and breakfast which were both very good....

Ask for room 306 if you can, Fantastic views of the harbour. Good value for the time of year and location of hotel. Lots of shopping, eating, drinking nearby or if you have more energy there are beautiful tracks nearby to hike. Walk to ferry, bus. Didn't try the hotek restaraunt but looked busy and very nice. Lovely check in,...

My companions and I agreed that this was the best meal we've had so far in New Zealand. My wife had the porterhouse, with prawns and scallops. She loved it. Our friend had the scallops, which she proclaimed the best she's ever had. I had the roast lamb with mint and fresh veggies. Very tasty! Service was excellent. Prices were...

We checked into this hotel without very much information given as to the facilities offered or that there was a swimming pool or there was no breakfast offered or that they didn't open reception until 8am. So we stayed, looked at the view, walked to other cafe's for breakfast, didn't swim, put the key in the room and left feeling...

Located conveniently for the harbour and High Street. Comfortable apartment style rooms with kitchenette. Restaurant open in evening but I didn't go there. No restaurant open at breakfast time, but not a problem as plenty of cafes in the town.

This place is a great value. It's perfectly located. You can easily walk here from the ferry terminal and then you can walk to the town area too which can s just around the corner. The wifi is pretty quick, the beds super comfortable, the bathrooms big and clean, overall decor in the rooms modern, and the view impeccable. The...

We just had a quick overnight stay, which is a shame because this very comfortable room would have been a nice place to stay a few days. It was roomy and well-equipped, with plenty of storage space and a great little kitchen (stove-top, microwave, electric frypan etc). Good bed, nice bathroom. Lovely woman in reception, it must have been right...
