Rudest waiters and waitresses ever, except for the few kind people. They tried to save costs on food, their wines are terrible. Only very few people speak English, most of the staff speak 1-2 words with accent or even less. The coffee is overpriced and it is very much basic. The rooms are full of ladybirsd which is also and issue. The map of the hotel is complicated, it is hard to find the wellness and the gym and etc.

Excellent hotel that I have visited a few times previously. This time I stayed together with my friend from the UK. Nice room, tasty breakfasts and dinners (buffet service), and of course the best wellness I have ever visited. The only minus is not having decaf hot drinks on breakfast buffet but you have to pay for it which is very outdated. Still gave 5 stars but you can do better Bellevue with those decafs.

The hotel offers a very good quality of services provided. Wellness is clean, functional and large. It has different variations of corners where you can spend your relaxing time. The food was in a good quality ( also salads). There was always enough food for everyone during breakfast or dinner. The staff was pleasant. Hotel is located in a place where you can easily get to the places where you want to go, or you want to go hiking or skiing, or just relax. We stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed it. We will definitely return when we will visit High Tatras again. PS: hote went through partial reconstruction of rooms recently, so I think some pictures uploaded here might be already old.

If you looking for best hotel around you are in right place. Let’s start with our arrival. Front desk stuff is always smiling and they are very very helpful. Right after our check in we had amazing wine for welcome drink. Best way to start your weekend. Room was amazing, spacious and with great view. They also prepared bed for our baby with teddy bear. This brought smile on our faces and our daughter loved it. Kudos for being so kind. We had a breakfast and dinner prepayed during our stay in hotel restaurant. Both were buffe style and food was delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Waiters were very kind and always asking if we need something. Next to the restaurant is Lobby where you can chillax with glass of wine. I am recommending Skalicky rubin. Great taste. If you our unlucky during your stay and if weather it’s not on your side, there are lots of activities you can do inside hotel: - spa; pools with salt water also small ones for kids, saunas, Thai massage, - bowling, billboard, fitness, table football, and even squash courts - children playroom with lots of toys This was for sure not our last visit in Bellevue. We had the international conference in the hotel with about 120 participants in the autumn 2021. We got perfect service regarding clean rooms (sinlgle, double, apartmans) with comfortable beds, excellent food in restaurants, large space for spreading people during coffebreaks and finaly big conference room where 120 people could safely listen to presentations. Ladies at the reception desk willingly offered hotel taxi service for transporting people from Poprad (there is even international airport) to the hotel. Conference room had a big screen, with no problem connection from notebook to dataprojector and microphones, several speakers in the room with good acustic performance. Even parking is for at least 200 cars! I recommend the hotel for organizing conferences at the national as well as international level! Good job Grand Hotel Bellevue stuuf! Andrej K.…

we stayed in this hotel for a few days, the location is undoubtedly excellent in the center of the village, the service is medium the lobby with non-modern furnishings, even the tourist assistance is mediocre I had difficulty getting information on restaurants and excursions .. the rooms are instead modern and clean very kind staff of the floors that pr. ende care of the rooms. the brekfast is medium without any note to remember little or very few fresh desserts as well as all industrial fruit juices .. in the lobby bar it closes at 10 in the evening even on weekends .. so little time to be quiet having a drink .. the most interesting thing is the clean swimming pool and fitmess with friendly staff ...

Firstly, Slovak 'star' ratings are not comparable to uk, usa ratings. This not 4 star, but a very nice 3 star and the price is very good. Good location for the centre. Reception was excellent, room was good clean and very pleasant. Like most Slovak hotels, there is no coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast was very good. I can say only one thing: that was the worst experience I have ever had.I arrived with my family at 6 p.m and I was informed that despite the fact that I had reservation there was no room for us. They tried to call us once at 3 p.m this day but we missed this call. When we called back 15 minutes later the hotel did not answer. We did not receive before arrival any information about problems with our accomodation, no mails or text message. I was really shocked when after 4 hours journey we had to take back our luggage and go to another hotel in which Hotel Bellevue found us place to stay. Sooo nice of them! We got room with "beautiful" view - parking places. No balcony, dirty carpets, food - breakfast quite ok, dinners were poor. The only reason why this hotel has 4* is its Spa, I have to admit, it was nice. Anyway, this was my first and the last visit. Never ever again.

Last week we spent two nights in the hotel Bellevue within the conference. The hotel has got a very good position, it is close to the railway station and the centre of Stary Smokovec. We like it due to its services and facilities.
