Detailed Reviews
Pleasant hotel and friendly staff, especially Dorota at the Spa reception. And the receptionist who checked us in was very kind (I’m sorry I didn’t get the name)
Good breakfast but not many no dairy options. No non dairy milk on display, I asked and was offered only soya milk, which was fine.
Good food in the restaurant! If you have allergies double check with staff as the menu is inaccurate- doesn’t list milk allergen in a dish that contains butter.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice view from the balcony.
Amazing spa! Just remember to bring flip flops!
It was extremely disappointing that the swimming pool is opened only from 9am! If you like to swim before breakfast- this isn’t a hotel for you. Every hotel I stayed at has early opening hours for swimming pool. (Stratford Manor, England - from 6:30)
It influenced our day massively- I went for a swim at 9 and then breakfast at 10 - by which point there weren’t many options left - no bread rolls, only two hot options- scrambled eggs and hot dog sausages. We went out for a hike after 11:00. I like to start my day much earlier.
I think the management needs to rethink the swimming pool opening hours. Even 7 am would be better. They told me that they can’t open it without a lifeguard, which is not good enough excuse for me - every hotel swimming pool I’ve been to didn’t have a lifeguard. Even in Poland in Mercury Zakopane.
If Grand Pieniny changed this one thing I certainly would be coming back regularly! Because it’s a lovely hotel.

5/5. A new hotel, definitely worth considering. Spacious rooms with spectacular views from the balconies. Open air parking lot. Breakfast: a surprisingly wide selection of dishes. (However, I prefer my morning coffee in a mug rather than in a small cup)

Szczególnie przemiła i profesjonalna obsługa w restauracji pani, której imienia niestety nie znam a jej delikatność, elegancję i emanację piękna do dziś pamiętam. Desery, ciasta rewelacja!

Szczerze polecam ten hotel. My wróciliśmy zadowoleni i wypoczęcie. Bardzo dobre śniadania, różnorodne. Miła i pomocna obsługa.

Pyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Strefa basenowa i spa na najwyższym poziomie zapewniające relaks i wypoczynek. Hotel przyjazny dzieciom z salą zabaw.
Największe wrażenie robi Sky Bar z ogromnym tarasem i przepięknym widokiem.
Polecam.

Bdb miejsce. Sympatyczna obsluga specjalnie barmani w obu barach. Taras widokowy zachwyca. Piekne pokoje. Ze smakiem zrobione i stosunkowo duże.
SPA zachwycające. Basen ponad 15 m ze strumieniami. Jacuzzi jak sie należy.
Sauny i to co uwielbiam- podgrzewane leżanki kafelkowe. To krolewski relaks.
Value for money high!

Unbedingt empfehlenswert !
