We were staying at Vila Borievka, an hotel I guess belonging to Hotel Tulipan since we could use Hotel Tulipan restaurant and wellness. So in Tulipan we had only dinner for three evenings and the food was delicious. Very good price for a 4 stars hotel.

We had with couple of friends two rooms in this hotel.
We stayed here 3 nights. It was really pleasure stay. Staff of the hotel was very friendly.
Specially we appreciate restaurant and drinks. We had a lot of fun there. It was very easy to find. I think that price was bit higher to this location however I can’t complain much.
We had two big rooms with a lot of space for 6 people.

The restaurant is cheating with menu prices.
My order was provided incorrectly.
But the worst experience is director Petro, who is counting how many times guests visit the toilet.
If you will complain about the service, you will get a very rude answer from the director.

The service is excellent, no problems there. They completed our every request, like packing us breakfast since we have to leave early. The rooms aren’t that modern, but it’s not that bad. Beds are comfortable for sleeping. We had a room with a view to the Tatras. Food is quite good, we were always satisfied with it. Not all staff speak english but there is a recepcionist guy who speaks perfectly and does whatever he can for the customers, and also helps his colleauges. Overall an absolute positive experience.

We had visited this hotel twice in the past and we were very satisfied.Four years ago it was nice hotel, newly renovated, small but the rooms were large, the restaurant and food was excellent, We came back this summer and stayed 4 nights. It used to be The Best Western hotel but now hotel has changed the owner. Rooms and furniture are dirty, staff is not qualified, receptionist was arrogant, food in restaurant was horrible and waitresses absolutely lost. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We were so disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, that's why I chose it but the rooms are so small with barely any room to walk. The ceilings are slopped, making the room feel even smaller. The biggest problem is that the hotel is situated right on the main highway so you feel like your bed is in the middle of the highway. Every time a car or truck went by, the room vibrated and even with the window closed, the noise was terrible. Although we booked 3 nights, we quickly checked out the next morning at 7am. This is not a good place for a restful vacation. For a little extra money we stayed up the hill at the Grandhotel Praha and had a wonderful time.

I have stayed for four nights. In general I could be satisfied with the service even it is not the real 4 star hotel. Some rooms are exceptionally small to be classified being in **** hotel. Anyway, 2nd day someone stole money and other personal belongings from our room. Police came to inspect it and the hotel arrogantly refused to take any action to reimburse me in any sort of way. In addition, what they call spa is not really a spa as you would expect. I would not recommend it!

We have visit this area for two weeks and it was a very excellent experience. Besides a really beautiful nature and many interesting possibilities for leisure we have to say this hotel is a very good choice. And here are the reasons:
. location of this building is very near to every other useful services (groceries and stores, bus, train, railway station, swimming pool,museum, botanical garden....)
. equipment of rooms - bath + shower, kitchen, baby bed, big space and also possible babysitting
. clean restaurant with helpful and kind personal, kids menu, baby chairs, really good food
. private cute wellness
. location of this building is very near to every other useful services (groceries and stores, bus, train, railway station, swimming pool,museum, botanical garden....)
