Very nice hotel in a very beautiful location with easy access to the Tatra mountains. The hotel is 2 minutes from the train station which offers you easy access to the surrounding villages and Poprad. Staff were pleasant and our room was comfortable.

We arrived on February 27, 2023 and girl on the reception was very friendly and helped us with all our problems. We stayed in the apartment TYP C 8+0, wich was really very spacious even for 7 people, very good equipped but there was not a dishwasher in the kitchen :-) The view from our rooms and balcony was beautiful. Our apartment was on the third floor, but there is an elevator. Breakfast was good and fresh. The location was perfect, everything was very close. We can highly recomend APLEND Vila Beatrice.

We have chosen this resort as we needed the charger for our TESLA car and we had absolutely wonderful stay during all the stay in the Aplend Resort- Villa Beatrice. Since we’ve opened the door on entrance with very friendly and welcoming girl on the reception desk Maria, where we’ve received all the informations needed about the resort and about the town and all activities and restaurants around. We’ve received also a discout in many restaurant in the area of High Tatras with a special card from the APLEND RESORT which we’ve received also during the check in. As we said, the apartment was very nice and modern, more than we’ve expected. We had also the breakfast included which was very big and absolutely fresh which ist most important. As we are big travelers and we’ve visited a lot of countries around all the world and since many years we’re owner of the 4 and 5 stars hotels in Italy, we can only highly recommend this APLEND BEATRICE where we were absolutely happy and need to say a big thank you to all the staff to make our stay memorable.…

we accidentally ended up in this place. Is was renovated only last year and that shows. Luxury bathroom, nicely furnished room and bedroom, and great beds! Nice view from our balcony as well. Kitchen fully equipped. We also booked breakfast in this place. Was nice, nothing special but nice and fresh. Staff was very friendly and gave us tips for our hike in the mountains.

The apartment we have stayed in was beautiful and clean. The receptionist have us discount card for restaurants and cafes around the hotel that didn't work as neither of restaurant gave us any discount when we showed them the card. On the first night we didn't had a hot water (great after a big hike) and they managed to fix it by the next day but when we were leaving the same lady told us that every house have a issue and we can't expect everything to be perfect, really? We had really bed experience in another Alpend provider "Koliba Kamzik" which were extremely rude and ruined our engagement celebration.

On arrival we were all given our rooms and found that even though they were decorated the same were all really different. A really great hotel with exceptional staff who helped us so much. I found the hotel to be very clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay.

We stay there for a few nights in apartment C for 8 people. It is new, modern, spacious apartment. Beds are very comfortable. Living room good for relax. The apartment has 3 rooms upstairs and one huge bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, and separate toilet. Downstairs is another double bedroom, toilet, bathroom with shower. Kitchen is nice, with two fridges, microwave, kettle, cooker... The balcony view is fantastic. Hotel has a elevator and staff is very friendly and helpful. It is 5 mins. walk from the train station, restaurants and grocery shop. They even offer a transport from the airport. We had a lovely holiday there. Will definitely recommend.

We are family of 2 adults and 2 kids and found very nice apartment with beautiful gallery and 3 beds. down stairs is the living room with sofa - which we use as additional bed, kitchen fully equipped and plenty of space! great location and helpful stuff! excellent choice for familyes

Positives: great location - walking distance to the gondola to Skalnate Pleso. Breakfast was pretty good as well, and they had helpful maps for the area. The room we had was set up uniquely, with the bed upstairs in a small loft. Negatives: we arrived at 10 AM to just drop off our bags and the lady working seemed very overwhelmed. We tried to explain that we weren't checking in, but she kept telling us the room wouldn't be ready and she had so much to do (not language barrier). When we did go to our room about 5 hours later after hiking, it smelled like someone had just gone to the bathroom and didn't flush. There was a tobacco air freshener that they left out as you walk in, and I have no idea why you would choose that scent. The wi-fi was not good, couldn't get the internet most of the time. They had a bathtub with handheld sprayer, but if you stood up or mounted it, you were flashing the neighbors and got the floor soaked as there's no curtain (typical for Europe, I know). Also no one on staff after 6 PM, glad we didn't need anything. Some minor improvements could have made it a great experience.…

I live in tHe UK but come from Slovakia. Was looking for a place where we could escape with my wife for our anniversary from the family on our holiday. We have found this villa and stayed in one of its apartments for two nights. Could not fault it. Clean room very spacious with a small kitchen. Just a stone throw from a walk in the mountains. Really nice. Left very happy.
