Overall a nice hotel with many pros and few (though major) cons. Pros: - location is great - there is a playroom for little kids and another one for slightly bigger (and adults), it was a big plus according to our kids. - there is a washing machine in the complex (though only one) and a gym. - rooms are big enough and convenient enough. - They offer to buy stuff for your arrival which can be very helpful. - Stephan was very nice and helpful. - Good price overall. Cons: - No air-con and wasps coming in once window is open - The dining table is too small for 2 adults and 2 kids - No dishwasher. - The biggest issue we had is that our toilet got clogged because apparently they put a refresher in the toilet and it somehow it got flushed. But after fixing it (which by the way was quick enough) they demanded us to pay for that because that is the company policy. Eventually, Stephan handled the payment but still left us with a feeling that he's doing us a favor and we are the one to blame. Besides the issue with the toilet, we had a great stay there, especially the kids.…

We booked here for a weekend stay and from start to finish this apartment complex shone through. Excellent service and facilities. Top class manager ( sorry I didn’t get his name) who came over late in the evening twice to sort out the central heating that I had messed up! Excellent restaurant &bar connected to the apartments called the Ponderosa but that’s another review.highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy the fresh air of the Tatras and have a comfortable place to retire to in the evening

We (a family of four) had a very pleasant time at Wili Tatry from start to finish. Denisa was helpful with booking, Stefan was always available at the house, and the place was just the way as advertised. Central yet quiet location, in-house restaurant, private spa - both were very good by the way - etc. We'll be definitely back.

We stay in AirBnBs all over the world and especially in Slovakia and recently took a 3 night stay at Wili Tatry as we wanted to ski Tatranska Lomnica for a few days. Their parking lot was an ice sheet and there was no effort made to keep it from being a hazard. When we asked about the internet service and if they could check an issue with hot water they acted like we had asked them to move heaven and earth. They actually sent us private feedback saying that we should stay in a hotel instead of an AirBnb since we were “too demanding” of them. This was after we agreed to take a different apartment than the one we originally booked. Denisa has even written to say that all she expects guests to ever do is take the keys and then have no further contact. Guess what... you rent people a place either as a hotel or via AirBnB and they have the right to reach out to you when things are not as they are supposed to be (like no internet connection or the water being too cold to take a shower). We usually don’t have to contact a host/property manager for anything but if we have we have never gotten such a ridiculous reaction from the property manager after the fact.…

Located in Tatranska Lomnica's center, at the best part in a pleasant park. Everything is near: supermarket 3 minutes, bus station 3 minutes, and train station 5 is minutes away. We got a beautiful spacious apartment (living room and 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom) on the ground floor, looking at the Lomnicky peak. All rooms has balcony. Facilities include a beautiful wellness center with good sauna, jacuzzi and plenty place to rest, playroom for children, gym, common room. We spent a week here and will definitely return again. Stefan, the host who takes care of the hotel and its guests, is a kind young man with excellent English, and responds immediately to any request or question. The place is spotlessly clean, kept very well, and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing.…

Beautiful huge modern apartments close to the centre of Tatranska Lominica. Very helpful staff contacted us prior to arrival to see if we needed anything. The only problem is that everything is charged as extra, to use pool, spa etc. We were quoted 240 Euros + 8 Euros tax, but then price turned out to be 252 Euros, despite us not using any amenities.

We spent 3 nights in spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The place has great quiet location, it's close to the supermarket and not too far from the ski lifts. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and nicely equipped. We used wellness as well which looks brand new and it has very relaxing feeling to it. The food is excellent. The staff is professional and very friendly. We will definitely come back ;-)

We've spend a week in a double floor apartment, 1st. floor is living room, kitchen and balcony. 2nd. floor with 3 bedrooms. the apartment well equipped with a small kitchen. great location close to: ski lifts, mountain hiking, restaurants, pubs, supermarket and public transportation. The manager (well English speaker) is kind and very helpful, help us a lot with "tourists advises".
