We invite you to enjoy a pleasant stay in a newly restored old historical house dating back to the end of the 16th century in the medieval town of Levoca. The antique furniture and charm of the medieval town combine to give you a glimpse into the past. We provide accomodation for two to four people in a historical apartman as well as in three newly built rooms with a double bed and an extra bed. The wide choice of cuisine includes traditional Slovak or international dishes, depending on your preference. The open atrium is perfect for enjoying the summer evenings.

We spent one night in this accomodation. Janus family was wery kind and they prepared very nice and perfectly clean room for us. We could use their parking slot in front of the building. They served very tasty slovak meals for us. Very recommended.

Very clean room in the centre of the town and reasonably priced. However our host was grim-faced and did not make us feel very welcome. He did not speak English and we speak no Slovak however you do not have to speak someone's language to make them feel welcome. You can show your hospitality by smiling and with body language. We can say hello & thank you in Slovak (although probably badly pronounced) and we tried out our few words but it didn't crack the ice. Breakfast is extra and we paid for this for the first morning. Our host was exactly the same as when we arrived. We said good morning in Slovak but he barely acknowledged us. Breakfast was good but what a shame that it was not served with a smile. When we left we got the feeling he could not get the keys off us and see us out of the door as fast as possible. You would have thought someone in the hospitality trade would have learned some social skills but obviously not. We've been travelling in Slovakia for several weeks now and this is the first place we have not felt welcome.…

Didn't really know what to expect from a place called "Ubytovanie". We always trying to book ourselves ino a hotel, but booking.com hasn't got any of them in this town, so we choose to stay here. Located on one of the back street from the main square, with car parking just on the road outside. Dark hallway leads to unmark reception. It all feels more like b&b than a hotel. A couple that runs the place gave us all the information we needed about the town, and they were frendly and helpfull. We also booked us in for an evening meal - there's a restaurant in the Ubytovanie, but it was already a bit late, so we were the only guests that time, and we had our meal in small room next to the reception. Our room was on the top floor, but can't remember any views from there. Room was perfect: spacious, with great bathroom. Only problem some steep and narrow stairs, which some guests won't be happy with. But we really enjoyed our stay. And it is in walking distance to all major attractions in town.…

We were made very welcome by the owners, they could not speak any English and we, of course spoke no Slovakian but we had good fun trying to communicate. The B & B is only a two minute walk to the main Square. We had dinner and breakfast there and the food was delicious and home cooked. While we were there the owners had a big party in the nest room but they were kind enough to give us two huge slices of cake from the party.

Great hotel, great owners who even took my parents to bus station by car, very very helpful and nice people - Hotel is very well located, clean throughout - Thank you for making my parents stay in Levoca so memorable! :) -- Velmi pekny, cisty hotel, fantasticki majitelia - zobrali mojich rodicov na autobusovu stanicu vlastnym autom, fakt klobuk dole. Krasny hotel v centre mesta, vrele doporucujeme kazdemu. WiFi tiez funguje bezchybne, a kuchyna vyborna. Dakujem, ze ste mojim rodicom urobili z navstevy Levoce nezabudnutelny zazitok. Prajem vsetko dobre! :)

Our rooms were tidy, clean and cozy. We enjoyed them very much. The breakfast could have been a bit bigger, but it was really tasty: scrambled egg with mozzarella, tomato and basil. :) Our hosts did not speak English, but we managed with a mixture of German and Russian. :D I recommend this place to everyone.

This B&B has everything you might want but it's the owners that make it exceptional. The rooms are light and clean with all amenities, but Josef and Marianna will make your stay special. They are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It's a great place for a relaxing few days and there is plenty to see in the town and surrounding area. the food is excellent and the price puts it within reach of even budget travellers.

Hidden in a quiet street behind the main square in Levoca, situated in old historical building, the hotel attracts your attention immediately after enterring it. There is a restaurant on the right side of teh building, beautifuly decorated in a retro - design. The hotel is run by Janus family and it is well recognisable. Restaurant offers traditional meals and every one really worth trying. Dumpling with pork ribs were fantastic and came within 10 minutes. Truly recommend the restaurant because it is an example of how a good slovak restaurant should look like.

We were very satisfied with all services. Rooms were big with nice old furnitures. Food was excellent. We really recommend this boarding house with restaurant to all tourists and pilgrims. Beautyful ancient house with atrium, where you can sit and drink delicious vine. Thank you!
