The hotel has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff in particular were very friendly and helpful. Windows opened in the rooms so was not to stuffy as some hotels can be in winter. Buffet breakfast was fine. Bojnice was a real surprise with the castle 400m from the hotel.

I was in Bojnice for one month and this accommodation was the best that I could find. Rooms are really well cleaned and welcoming. The staff is really nice and professional, especially Lenka, Michaela and Ivona, that they made my stay better than the expectations. Highly recommended! 😊

The hotel in a beautifull town of Bojnice offers nice, modern, spatious rooms, however is located next to busy road - better not to have a street view room...The restaurant offers truly delicious meals (meat, fish, pasta, salads) and nice children menu. Compliments to chef ! :) The staff is nice and helpfull. Few weak-points: nice garden is missing any playgroung for kinds, lots of stairs (terrace, family room) - the entry with stroller could have been solved easily by adding rails or simple platform... During whole weekend stay (2 nights) the room was not cleaned - shouldn´t happen at 4* hotel... Overall a good average but there are minor things to improve...

When we arrived this hotel they tell us that their chef works only on Fridays and weekends and they can't provide us with the food we paid for in hotels as a replacement they gave us a voucher to another restaurant half a kilometer away and in addition the voucher was not enough so we still had to pay extra even though we had paid half board in the hotel and they can't cook for us and the cafe was closed as well. The rooms: We were in a family apartment and it was old shabby, the door could not be opened with the card they gave us, so it had to give us a reception key, the extra bed was a horrible sprawling half-crumpled sofa bed where they put a 5-centimeter mattress on the iron structure, air conditioning is only in one room and can not cool the whole apartment. In a hotel is nothing there is not wellness, sauna… Apart from the reception, the restaurant, which only works on weekends and for 20% due to a fatal lack of staff and garden, there is nothing here and from the 4 star hotel which is the most expensive in Bojnice so I expected much more. The only thing about this hotel that was good was its staff but there was a lack of it and they just can't keep the hotel running. Overall rating huge disappointment and I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel

Hotel with nice view, but only if you book deluxe room. These rooms are very clean and spatious. I stayed for 3 nights. Quiet environment and no disturbancies from outside. The beds are really good, but the curtains are not withholding the light from outside. As of sunraise (5am) you have a very bright room. First shower i had almost no water coming out of the shower head. Second day, this was luckily fixed, but then there was no hot water in the entire building. I had to shower with freezing cold water. Which was good, I was right awake after my second night with not enough sleep. When calling the reception, i heard in the tone of voice this was not the first time that this happened. Also no apology for the inconvenience. The third day I could finally have a decent hot shower and wash my hair, and then the hair dryer only worked for a few minutes… The breakfast is also really basic.

My husband and me were at this hotel for 3 nights. We love Bojnice because of clear nature, relax and a beautiful Bojnice castle. Hotel Belassi was very nice, stuff very friendly, prices normal, meals delicious. Rooms were very nice and clean. We had on the bed some kind of amazing quilt with a hole... We saw it for the first time! :)
Very good quilt we slept comfortably and we didn't sweat if there were 30 degree and more outside at night.. We will come back in future too

Stayed here for 1 night to visit Bojnice castle, lovely room very comfortable and clean. The staff very really helpful especially with the car parking and ensured I got parked ok in the underground space. There was a wedding in the hotel that evening so we didn't have dinner here, but helpfully they put us in a room away from the party and we had a nice bottle of processco left in or room to apologise for any noise in advance! That was a really good touch.

Much like the other reviewer we stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and breakfast was good however the hotel stay was severely let down by the fact that they have a completely barmy late night music policy which allows music to continue until 4am in the morning.
If you are partying at that time you might think its all jolly good fun however when you are paying for a hotel room you expect to be able to sleep in the room (after all you are paying for the privilege apparently!) phone calls to reception around 2am were met with unhelpful responses and to make matters worse the music continued past 4am and only stopped when the receptionist was informed it was actually 2 minutes past 4am. I imagine they would have let the music carry on until 6am in all seriousness.
The icing on the cake was that after not sleeping until 4:30am I then called up in the morning to see if I could check out slightly later and while the hotel agreed to this this they did not seem happy with the request as if we were disturbing their work routines.
Personally if like me you like sleeping in hotels then avoid this hotel otherwise you may find yourself paying a signficant amount of money only to stare at the ceiling all night.

Whenever I hear friends, or family traveling to Slovakia and heading to Bojnice I tell them they need to stay here. Great accommodations, very nice staff, and an absolutely amazing dining experience. Convenient location to the castle and other restaurants. Great experience here, and again very nice staff.

Is probably the most expensive hotel in Bojnice and don't offer to the customer nothing but basic. The hotel has no swimming pool, no gim, no sauna. The restaurant is supposed to be open till 23.00 in reality close at 20.30 if no customers present at this time. If you arrive at 20.30 they send you to an external restaurant. Quite unprofessional!
