This is a strange hotel. On the one hand, it is luxurious and grandiose with attention to detail in the dining room and some of the common areas. Also, staff at the front desk are very helpful. On the other hand, some basic elements associated with a luxury hotel are simply missing. We stayed there for 24 hours and at...

We booked this hotel largely based on the reviews on TripAdvisor, and we weren't disappointed. Even though we arrived early, it was no problem for us to check-in to our room (excellent, professional reception staff). Our twin room was very comfortable, with a spacious bathroom - and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a great range of hot and cold...

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and loved it. The building is beautifully restored - an old-world charm with modern comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Had a great night sleep in the bed! Bathrooms are spacious and some of them have a window. Great location - just a stone's throw from the city center. Breakfast was nothing special but...

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this luxurious hotel in the centre of Riga. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice and brilliant service. Even though the hotel was in the centre of the city, behind the big wooden doors, you felt you were in a country house hotel. We only had a standard double room but...
