Very nice, comfortable and stylish apartments in the heart of Tartu. A lot of small details such as coffee machine, water, coffee milk made the stay more enjoyable. The location is wonderful,restaurants are just around the corner.

The apartment was great for the 3 of us. This was our first trip to Estonia and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and even accommodated our late arrival and did so with a smile and chocolates. The city is beautiful and the central location of the apartments made it so easy to get out and see things. Thank you for an amazing trip! Even if we completely over packed!

Good location in old town, parking is not far from the apartment. Very comfortable contactless check-in with clear instructions. Apartments are always clean and tidy (have been there 5-6 times already during past 2 years).

Great location, the heart of the Tartu old town. Bars and restaurants are just near. Apartment provided with everything you need during staying.Cozy and nice interior. Possibility to use upper terrace for morning coffee or late wine. Pets friendly!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff welcoming us was very friendly and the apartment had all that we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, bed + sofabed, tv, and even a good selection of dvd's, though we didn't need them. The air-conditioning was great as the weather in Tartu was really hot and sunny. Very convenient location. Parking was a bit difficult to find as there were some events in Tartu, and some parking lots and streets were closed due to this.

We had a beautiful stay in these apartments visiting Tartu only for one night however the memories will last for a lifetime! From the moment we arrived to the very end of our stay the service we received from Silja was impeccable! Silja is a wonderful hostess that really cares for her guests on the personal level and beyond! From the moment we walked in to check in, she was expecting us. She personally took us to our apartment and showed us every little detail or anything we might need to know about the place. She was super friendly and accommodating and you can see she takes great pride in the place she works as it would be her own. Both of us working in Customer service industry we know how much energy and effort goes into ensuring your guests are satisfied and Silja does this job effortlessly! Apartment was great but what truly made our stay was the Hostess that made our Tartu experience unforgettable! We are coming back and yes we will visit the islands too!!!

The location of the apartments is excellent, in the heart of Tartu. The apartment complex is modern and clean. However the staff is unprofessional. We booked our stay directly via email stressing that we would like to have breakfast in the cafeteria nearby. On arriving, the person in charge said that we haven't booked breakfast. We had to show her the relevant emails to attest that the reservation was done. Even worse, on the second day, we came to the cafeteria nearby to have breakfast, as paid and agreed with Konrad Apartments, and the employee in the cafeteria told us that they cannot offer breakfast because Konrad had not paid them!. I had to contact Konrad Apartments in order that they sort out this embarrassing situation.

The building is ugly and fills up a courtyard downtown. The style is "clothes of the emperor" you can see the pipes and rudimentary concrete walls. Students were shouting every night, constant humming of fans were a nuisance at night. In the daytime there was construction noise. Thick layers of Yellow dust/tree pollen, why don't they clean it? Room was only cleaned after check out, not when you stay several nights. Rooms heat up quickly and not enough windows, airco not installed (yet).
The positives: a laundry machine in your bathroom, a big bathtub and the breakfast buffet at Café Werner was good.
Upon check in I told anecdotes about reviews but to no avail, receptionists are only in the office a few hours a day.

This is nice place to be with kid(s), as You have separated bedroom and if needed well equipped kitchenette. One room has even own terrace, witch is great feature in summer. You have AC, but this is located so (at least in one room), that bedroom could be bit hot. Service is excellent and location!

This is a modern and well equipped place to stay right in the center of the old town. Our room was on the third floor and it was quiet and we had more than enough room for the two of us. The room was neat, everything was very clean and the small kitchenette well equipped - even though we didn’t need to use it during our short visit. As this is not a hotel there is no breakfast but on the other hand you have variety of local ”kohviks” to choose from with a couple of minutes. We had no problem to parking our car very close by, but this might be a problem during peak season. We’ve tried several hotels in Tartu but next time Konraad will be our first choice.
