Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No darkening curtains! The sun is in your head from 4 am! No air-conditioning. No comments about the TV, its not that importaint, but still... dont count on it. All'n'all - the guy is only taking out! Nothing new there. Very old or very broken. Take an apartement instead (if on budget trip ;)

Clean, comfortable, spacious room, quiet at night. Welcoming host. Free parking near the building. Property is a bit further from the center but the neighborhood seems safe and quiet. The breakfast was basic.

Very quiet and small house hotel. Friendly staff and great variety of breakfast. It's a bit away from town centre. Clean room and nice sitting area. Sleep quality: so-so, quiet room, bed ok, but the curtains are decorative and do not darken the room. The hotel room is ok, nothing special.

We stayed for one night in room Nr. 5 . It is large, under the eaves of the house, as is Nr. 6. The decor was Eastern European O.T.T. style - busy wallpaper and lamps, decorative-tile overload in the bathroom and a sofa that looked as though it was going to erupt. There were net curtains but no means of darkening the room, the towels were extremely worn, the bed linen grey and there had been no attempt to at least glue the corners of torn wallpaper (probably the doing of small children) back in place.

We stay in Riia Villa for one nigth. Totally 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). In the Blue room we had 2 beds plus 1 extra bed. Hotel was very quiet at this day(they have only 5 rooms). Everything was like at home, so we also rent for an extra price a sauna. 2 cars parking on the hotel and others parked in the quiet (dead end) street, so everybody find the place. Breakfast was tasty. Free Wifi worked excellently. The price for a room and breakfast was also good for us.

Good value for money. 1 night with breakfast 40 euro for 2 persons. The rooms are small but okey. good Internet and nice and friendly staff. You can park your motorcycle inside a fenched area if you are lucky the will be a guard dog 😀. Breakfast is okey...cheese ham eggs and cornflakes and porridge juice and coffee the. There is a big kitchen that is free to use.

I was very pleased when found this place in my 1800 km motorcycle trip around Estonia. The hostess is professional level and has kept the house clean and service excellent. The breakfast was abundant. Location is near enough city and public transportation is in easy reach if you want to leave your own vehicle in secure parking. I highly recomend this place.

I choose this place 40 min walk away from city centre due to close vicinity to the Health care college. Small B&B in very quiet area with comfortable room and bathroom. Good breakfast, especially fresh porridge. Kind staff. Only drawback is noise in corridor and staircase that one can hear very good.

This is a very small hotel (b&b) with only 6 rooms. Comfortable clean beds. Poor ventilation and a smell of sewer in the staircase. We kept the windows open for ventilation, even if it was cold and rainy outside. Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast. No restaurant or other services nearby. We stayed with 3 dogs in a big room. Quiet place and convenient with dogs, as there was a small garden ouside and a park close by. No fridge in the room. Overprised!
