We came there for Metallica concert in Tartu in 2019 july. The camping was full, so we parked our car to harbour parking lot (others do the same), but we could use a sanitary zone. Sadly, we had too wait if we want to use WC or shower. Both are in one room. So, it was not very convienent. Also, sometimes it was quite filthy. Plus side, that location is good - near city center or Ahhaa science center. Also, it was very relaxing to watch the river life. Price was more than good - 7 euros per night. Maybe it was some Metallica discount? :D

On se moque du touriste. On lui vend très cher la nuitée en Camping car et l'installation est plus que sommaire. Un container équipé d'un seul WC mixte et 2 douches sales et rouillée pour une vingtaine de Camping car. Pas de bac pour la vaisselle. C'est plutôt lamentable.

This facility is on the riverside, a gravel parking area. The marina is its 'raison d'etre'. A small site providing c10 places. Quite quiet when we visited. It is managed from a central facility which closes in the evening. At that time adequate facilities are available in a converted container. This central facility provides a bar which serves food and outside seating. It is about a mile walk into town. This is not particularly pleasant and there is no through route along the river bank. 'Open' free wifi.
