What a fab find. Fab location , food shop Solarise near by and the main square. between 2 tram stops. and walking distance to everything. apartment was clean, nice bed pillows. It was warm and cosy. kitchen small but all you need. Electricity blew one day when I plugged something in but was fixed within hour. there is a lady downstairs if you need anything. Would definitely book again.
I was happy to come across MY APARTMENTS .... I can highly recommend to anyone who is going to visit Tallinn. It's very close to the old town .... very nice staff and incredibly clean. Exactly as I imagined ... in the future, if I visit Tallinn again, I will definitely choose "MY APARTMENTS"
We had a deluxe apartment on the 4th floor. Very spacious room with a small and reasonably fitted out kitchen (not really suitable for cooking meals but okay for breakfast and microwave heated food). No air-conditioning so room can get stuffy without windows open (and chilly with them open). The sides of the bath are very high and tricky to get in and out. Washing machine was a bonus (but no dryer and took time to dry on the clothes horse). Supermarket just down the road and lots of coffee shops in the area (earliest they seem to open is 8:00am). The staff are lovely and helpful.
With my family I spent 5 days (4 nights) in this apartment. Originally I chose it based on value for money, it was a good decision. Before we traveled I had some practical questions to the staff and every case I got prompt answers. That was really helpful! The accomodation is new and extremely clean. The kitchenette is especially well equipped. The overall feeling is modern. The wireless internet is also expectionally perfect. The location is also good: the downtown is a 5 minutes walk. Main square is also in the near; means lots of public transportantion possibilities are available. One more: for 4 persons the airport transfer might be better/cheaper by taxi than the local trasnport (tram). Just ask the staff as we did. Thanks for that! I definitely recommend this accomodation.
It's close to city center and supermarket, accecible via public transport (easy to get from/to airport). Lady at reception is nice, speaks both English and Russian. She helped us to replace broken handers in the room. Place is rather quiet (seagulls cries were main sound, but they are inavoidable). Each appartment has kichenette with minimum of plates, bowls, cups etc. Micrtowave and washing machine is also there. Cleaning every day. I like this place and definitely will stay there again.
I did not know that parking was available at 8 euros which would have saved me a little problem as the address was hard to find on my GPS. But parking was very good at the apartment. A few more instructions/information would have been useful in the apartment. Slight smell in the toilet area which I informed them about. BUT overall this is a great place and so easy to get to the Old Town and some of the newer facilities too. We would come again but would pay extra for the top floor and the people above us(with young children who should be asleep by midnight in my opinion) race around noisily for the 3 nights we stayed there. Luckily we go to bed late too but I know some guests who would be furious at such inconsiderate behaviour.
My family traveled to Tallinn for the 2019 laudupidu and tantsupidu (folk song festival & folk dance festival). We chose My Apartments based on exceptional reviews and its proximity to Old Town (vanalinn) and other attractions. Our apartment met every expectation and more!! We chose the penthouse room 21 and found it to be spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed and comfortable! The living room/dining room area was large & spacious. There are a couple of upholstered chairs for chilling, a large sofa that functions as a pull out bed for extra sleeping room. The table & four chairs is great of dining in. We had the penthouse which had two balconies - one off of the dining room kitchen and one off of the master bedroom. Each balcony had a table & chairs. The large terrace balcony had two chaise loungers. There was plenty of closet space in the two rooms plus nice storage areas in the foyer for coats, shoes, luggage, etc. The kitchen was compact though completely functional most cooking needs. All utensils and cookware was provided. The front desk ladies were very, very helpful in arranging a taxi, helping with printing boarding passes, answering various questions - really pleasant to talk with! The Wi-Fi was great (fast, issue-free) and the TVs were wonderful. Anything wrong with this place? Just a couple of "caveats" for those unfamiliar with European apartments: 1. Don't assume a clothes washer must mean a clothes dryer (did that). Clothes washer - yes. Clothes drying rack - made use of it - worked out fine. 2. Don't assume stove means oven (an non-European gaffe?). You have a nice electric two-burner cook top however there is no oven. 3. Another non-European gaffe - don't assume there is a toaster. I did - don't be like me. 4. While I understood there to be no AC, I soon discovered that by opening the balcony doors, the cross breeze was fantastic and quickly cooled the apartment. Bottom line - we would DEFINITELY come back to Estonia and look to stay here again.…
Spacious modern apartment walking distance from the Old Town. The check-in was quick and easy, the apartment itself was clean, new and had a lot of natural light. There was a fully fitted kitchen. Parking was available at an extra cost behind the building, in a private area. The only minor gripe is that the sofa-bed is just about alright for sleeping if you need to accommodate someone there, but that was expected.
Was only in town for one night for a concert. Wish I had stayed longer. This place was super clean, spacious and quiet. Our room had a huge soaking tub. There was even a very nice deck to enjoy coffee (when it isn't freezing out). The kitchen was not huge but had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable.
We had a great time at My Apartments. The location is fabulous, only 5 minutes away from Freedom Square (Vabaduse Väljak) and the tram to and from the Airport (tram number 4) and about 10 minutes from the old town. The apartment is a good size with a very comfy bed, a small and well equipped kitchenette, a table for eating meals, a large wardrobe, spacious toilet/shower room with shower gel and soap included and even TV with Netflix and access to Youtube channels. The wifi worked perfectly well and fast too. The location of My Apartments is great and the street was not very noisy so we had a great sleep. It is near the old town, the train station and we even walked to Kalamaja from there. There are 2 supermarkets nearby (one at Solaris shopping centre and a Rimi near the Viru Hotel) and there are bars and restaurants nearby as well. The Reception desk closes at 6pm so take this into consideration if you intend to arrive late and contact them beforehand if this is the case. We would really recommend My Apartments and will stay again when we go to Tallinn again.…
