OK, it was sunday, so not too much people. But I somehow lost my phone. The staff from the hostel was so friendly to give it to me after founding, I think the guy from Jordan was it. Thank You! The location is perfect.
Enjoyed everything, this was the first time when I travel and I glad that I stayed in very this place)) Fast free wifi, a lot of outlets plus very hospitable reception clerks make this hostel amazing place to stay! Upd : they have the softest blankets))
I stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of August, and it was nice! The location is amazing, within walking distance of Old town! The beds were decent, and the bunk beds isn´t as shaky as expected, which is awesome! The rooms were clean enough, didn´t pay enough attention of it. You can pay for breakfast, which I didn´t do, So I can´t really say anything on that. They have free waffles on sundays, which sadly I didn´t try either. If you´re into the hostel life with good location, this is the place in Tallinn!
Stayed here for a night, check-in was done by a friendly person at the reception. The room and bed was clean, the hostel is in a good location close to the old town. Wifi is good and you can hire a towel for a low price.
I slept in this Hostel for only 1 night, the room was clean and they have around three showers and toilets! If you are hungry they will make a free waffle for the breakfast 🙂 The staff is very friendly and helpful...
This hostel is not technically inside the old town but within the walking distance. It’s not far from the bus station or the harbor either. I took about 25 minutes to walk to the hostel after getting off the coach. So the location is very good. The room is big, clean and free lockers are provided. Clearly they know what backpackers need and take care of small details. The 4-EUR breakfast is HUGE. Above all, the staff is super nice and helpful. Strongly recommended.
Really nice hostel in central location in Tallinn's Old Town. Staff are all lovely and super helpful. We arrived early and they kept out bags for us. We went on the pub crawl on Saturday night and had an absolute blast! Even got free predrinks at the hostel with Lila! Such a great place and even had free waffles on Sunday morning to help cure our sore heads.
I've stayed at this hostel twice. They where very helpful and shared a lot of useful tips. The place is well organized, rooms on the upper floor where you can get rest. Showers and toilet clean. Downstairs there are common areas, where you can mingle with other people, get to know the people working there and other travelers, also cook a meal or just relax. Location of the hostel is very good, near the old town and basically everything interesting in Tallinn. If I come again, I would stay there, again. :)
The United hostel is a perfect middle ground between party and relaxation. There are multiple common rooms with comfy couches, pillows everywhere and a pool table. You can always find a spot to read your book and relax, but there's always people around as well. We had a couple of really fun nights here, got drunk with other backpackers and shared travel stories. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had a fun time with Zjbuns (aka Spoons), Russ, Rudy, Ani and Lorenzo. They told us of nice places to go, offered to take us to fun places when they were off duty and just generally were a bunch of fun crazy people. If you guys are ever in Amsterdam, hit me up and I'll show you around. The hostel was clean and the location was great (right on the edge of the busy popular area) so all in all a great place!…
I arrived at this hostel in the early evening after a bus from Riga, and fit in immediately as the big group of staff and guests eating in the common area invited me to join them - telling me to worry about the formalities of checking in afterwards. It was a hugely friendly crowd, and everyone was immediately so welcoming - particularly Russell and Ed from the staff. Aside from the lounge area, which was comfortable despite a lack of plug sockets, the bedroom was also fine. I stayed in the large dorm, and experienced no real problems there. The bed was comfortable, and plug sockets were accessible. I did return from a day in town to find that the staff had given my bed to someone else by mistake, but they were very apologetic about this and offered me my choice of any other without a problem. The hostel is close to everything, although Tallinn is a small city anyway. It is about twenty minutes walk to the bus station and to the ferry port, and just across the square from the entrance to the old town. There are many pub crawls and activities organised by tour groups in the city that the hostel is affiliated with, and you also get discounts at several local eateries if you stay here - which is always a good touch. If I return to Tallinn again in the future, I will definitely be returning to this hostel; for friendly staff, a great social atmosphere, games of pool, and delicious homemade food, this is definitely a hostel you want to stay in as well.…
