Detailed Reviews
The spa is very nice and has a variety of saunas to try. The pool area is also nice with a bar and jacuzzis. I had a facial and manicure at the beauty salon and they were ok but not really up to the standard I had expected. The hotel room was nice but we stayed for three nights and apparently room cleaning is not part of the service as the room was not cleaned or beds made on any day during our stay. The breakfast was ok and it was nice that it lasted until 11am. Parking at the hotel garage is expensive, I recommend leaving your car at one of the nearby parking lots.

It is hard to get a good overall feeling for the hotel arriving late evening and leaving the next morning. We chose something small to eat in the restaurant. It was the dessert of different cheeses. Very tasty. The breakfast in the morning was nice with a vide selection of different things from cold to hot.
The hotel room was nice and comfortable and the beds were good. The bath room was big with a lot of space for my wife's bits and things. From my wife's point of view, the shower was a disaster. A fixed shower high up and not adjustable. Women prefer movable hand showers to avoid wetting their hair. You should leave the planning of the entire bath room to a woman!!
This hotel is excellent for families with children. In- and outside pools to splash in.

At the reception, we were offered an upgrade from Premium to Superior for 10€/night, meaning that we would get a bath and bigger TV. Sure, bath sounds nice, let's do it. Well... once we got to our room, we noticed an awful cigarette smell in the bathroom. After complaining about the smell, they used a "special machine" that cleans the air and said that it should no longer smell. Yes, it was indeed better but still noticable. Next morning, the smell was back full on. However, as our room was very far away from the reception, we didn't want to carry our big suitcase back and forth in case we still couldn't get a new room without a smelly bathroom. So we chose to live with it the two more nights that we had left. There were hardly any toiletries, just a soap dispenser in the shower and a small soap bar for hand washing.
Ironically, the other bonus that came with the upgrade, bigger TV, had a small dent on it that made it looked like a cursor in the middle of the screen. Bed was very comfortable, but towels and bathropes a bit worn out. Location was good, next to the terminal used by rival cruise companies but views from our room could have been better, unless you enjoy spying office workers in the opposite building.
Spa was rather small and water could have been warmer but pricing in the pool bar was surprisingly reasonable, which was nice. During our last night, we rushed the long way from our room to the spa 21:something for a quick swim and sauna, very well knowing that they are closing at 22:00. At the entrance, we were told "not today" as admission ends at 21:00. This was written on the table at the spa entrance, nowhere else, and this was the first time that we saw it. Would have been nice to know before the bathrope marathon from the other side of the hotel.
Breakfast was basic, but good enough. Maybe this was just our bad luck that we often tend to have. Not saying that we wouldn't be back but next time we will try another spa hotel in Tallinn.

Hotel looks nice, spa area is really good and spacious. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices of hot and cold food and even ice cream if you wish to 😊. Coffee machines with different types of coffee. The staff in a hotel was polite and attentive. The hotel is close to the port and a walking distance from old town.
The only downside (but a huge one for me) was that the room description was not correct on their website. I booked a premium delux room and on the website it said that the “ the floor is covered with parquet. Rooms offer views to the Old Town of Tallinn”. Well, my first room offered a view to a spa area from a tiny window. The front desk changed the room for me with no fuss and the second time I got a room with a view to the windows of a building next door. And from behind that building I could see a little bit of a old town of Tallinn too. No parquet floor though. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Aamiaiselle kohtuu pitkät jonot vaikkakin aamiainen ok.
The hotel is close to the port and the location is ok. We were booked with two connected rooms but not available and the rooms were on opposite sides of the corridor. Sparkling wine and biscuits had been ordered for the room in advance, these only came long after check-in (it would be nice to have them ready in the waiting room). My wife had a birthday and I asked in advance if I could get a cake in the room in the morning, I made sure of this at the reception when we arrived and everything had to be in order, however we never got the cake. We were going to the spa the next day but none of the spa equipment was operational. There was no service in the spa pool restaurant and for example most of the lockers did not work. The hotel does not have any kind of soundproofing and if it happens like we do that there are noisy people in the next room, it is impossible to sleep. Breakfast meets long queues although breakfast is ok.

Excellent beginning with the hotel situated just a few minutes walk from the port Terminal A and with a successful self-ceck in before lunch. The room is old, but still in good shape, with huge windows overlooking the port area. We went to the Spa in the afternoon and noticed that the structure is in need of maintenance and cleaning. Tiles missing, smelly steam rooms, Spa's air and water temperature too low, not good. In the room, the little tiny TV, a model from the 90', doesn't work at all. The cables are hanging from the wall, but no-one can fix it. The bathroom is OK, besides a broken soap dispenser. Very little info on how to contact the restaurant, bar or front office. However, for one night we thought that we could manage. Wrong! At 11 pm a very loud music interrupts our sleep. After 20 minutes of search, I find the phone number of the reception, where a very rude clerk informes me, that the Estonian law allows loud music until midnight and there is nothing they can do. The hotel is allegedly fully booked. We were given ear plugs for the noise, but they don't work with bass sounds of an open air disco two hundred meters away from our hotel. Estonian law doesn't apply to Estonians apparently, as we have to wait until 4 am for the music to stop. A nightmare. No excuses, no empathy whatsoever from the personnel, first and last time in this awful place.

I chose this hotel to stay on a weekend because of the spa and it did not disappoint. I loved the pools and different saunas to relax in. Room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like in the room was that the shower pressure was very low so it was a little difficult to wash my hair. But otherwise it was a nice stay. Breakfast had many choices of warm and cold dishes with different fruit options and coffee was also great!
To my surprise was there roadworks close to the hotel so it was a little inconvenient to get to the hotel with my suitcase and I had to carry it for about 150 meters. But if I remember the signs correctly these constructions should be over after 26.12.2021. So keep that in mind if you were planning to travel during that time.
Overall great visit, I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again! If you are a member of club one (Tallinks membership) then you can get great deals when booking via their website. I saved around 40€ compared to the price on other websites like booking.com

The description of the premium room on the website advertised "lots of natural light", in reality the 50cm wide window opened to the dark spa area, partially directly to a wall, so no natural light whatsoever. Otherwise the room was comfortable and breakfast fine as well.
The spa area is ok, there are some nice steam saunas. The pool area is cold for staying longer. The outside pool is big and nice though.

The hotel was very good , located near to the old town , near to the city's port.
the service was kind and the breakfast bouffet very rich
The only problem was that as it was the first weekend after the opening of the tourism,
the hotel was real crowed with people that was coming to use the spa facilities.
Be ware about the taxi pirates that are outside the hotel, I recomend to ask the recioption for a taxi

I was a little bit skeptical when I read the reviews here. Luckily, I didn't change our booking to another hotel.
We booked the two-bedroom Sauna Suite (Grey). The price difference between the one-bedroom Sauna Suite (White) was only 10 euros. Both Sauna Suites have a balcony. The price was 259 euros but was absolutely worth all that we got.
The hotel has been refurbished but not all rooms. All suites are. Our suite was stylish and practical. There were a separate shower and a bathtub which is always nice. The shower cabin leaked slightly and the water went in all other directions than into the floor drain. A squeegee would have been needed.
The balcony was extra wide, the entire length of our room. We could see the harbor and part of the old town. However, the main view was the ugly backside of Sadamarket which is located above the street.
We didn't use the spa but it looked nice through the windows.
The breakfast was a positive surprise. Suite guests get a special breakfast. There was an already set table reserved for us. We got sparkling wine, freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies, and eggs made according to our wishes. Our waitress was very friendly. She brought later more drinks for us.
The hotel is located nearer to Terminal A but there is a new pedestrian bridge across the harbor basin to Terminal D. Our Tallink Megastar departed from that side.
Only negative thing was that in the evening, the whole restaurant was reserved for the Finnish KELA (National Pension Institute). We were not informed of that and had to find another place for our dinner.
