Frankly said, the hotel room was outdated and dirty, bathroom was absolutely disgusting since the shower door was full of black and hairy mold. AC-system was apparently quite old and loud. Ladies’ spa shower weren’t cleaned properly either, drains were stuck with hairs and some kind of slime. Spa itself was quite dirty as well and tiles were missing here and there. I also found it quite disturbing that the staff did not say a word to those drunk people who were stumbling around and pouring their drinks to the pools. Restaurant was spacy but breakfast was served at the back corner so it eventually got too narrow and crowded. On Sunday morning everything was running out, starting with drinking glasses and coffee cups. However, service at the front desk and lobby bar was brilliant.…

Stayed there for a concert. Hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms were quiet and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the pillow. There was no options, and the pillow was a bit too high for my taste. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay! Would stay again and try the spa.

We booked this hotel along with our cruise (Tallink from Helsinki), had premium room with harbour view on the 2nd floor. Both check-in and check-out were smooth (could’ve been done in the Tallink mobile app but there was no rush so we did the old fashioned way). Breakfast and spa access are included in the rooms, nothing special in either. Spa area was nice, had a water bar, there are families with kids, clean shower and dressing area, you get a bracelet and can use the robe from your room. Great location, we walked everywhere we needed to, only minus is that there is no grocery store near (snacks and drinks). Over all, good experience, will come again!

Just ok, basic hotel. The customer service is good, there were some minor confusions with the customer service representatives, but these were resolved in the end. The breakfast is comprehensive, but there is quite a bit to offer vegans. The lounge bar staff is mainly friendly. Close to the harbor so easy to come and go. You could hear everything in the rooms on the 4th floor. Absolutely everything. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. There is room for improvement in cleaning.. there seems to be something living in the bathroom sink? Although the room was just cleaned.

We stayed here due to proximity to the ferry since we had an early morning departure. First, in a technologically sophisticated country like Estonia, there is no excuse - zero - for non functioning wifi - slow as molasses to the point of impossible to use. (This hotel is supposed to be a conference center?) Downhill from there...reception doesn't answer the phone - ever. Excuse for bad (non password protected) wifi - "too many people are using it." Our room also overlooked an ugly parking lot and construction area. This is the second bad experience we've had with Tallink - first the ferry (resolved with some difficulty) and now one of their hotels.

My husband and I had so much fun here! I absolutely love this place and will stay again gladly! The pool area is amazing, I could have spent all day swimming and been happy. The rooms are a bit dated and some areas do look a bit worn out - BUT that does not affect the overall experience. The breakfast buffet is also fantastic. It's also really close to the harbor, you can walk there when you get off the boat!

How disappointing! Charged us for upgrade to a newly renovated room (in 2019!)… overlooking a car park and back entrance to the service entrance of Tallinn Express - early morning deliveries and collection of laundry and goods and all the associated noise - plus our air con didn’t work and rooms very small, no free water and no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet, very average, but chaotic at weekends (15 minute queue to even get into the restaurant) and more queues for drinks etc… Didn’t attempt the Spa pools, again far too busy. Lounge bar: tables rarely cleared, cocktails very good, but bar closed at 11pm outside of the weekend 😟 Don’t expect your room to be cleaned, albeit they say they do it every 2nd night, they didn’t. Waste bins were full, no toilet paper and only wet towels left! We then had an argument with reception as they said they don’t clean them unless asked to, even the the sign in our room clearly states they do…that was uncomfortable proving them wrong! I would find somewhere else to stay, there are plenty of hotels and many small ones over the old town restaurants…I am more for supporting local small businesses (wish we knew that in advance). …

Great hotel in a great location. The room was spotless and offered everything we could need. The staff were very helpful and made sure we had a good stay. We loved using the pool and the breakfast had plenty on offer. Will absolutely stay again and look forward to returning.

DONT GO THERE. I tried to book this hotel to business partners. The hotel website for booking was not working - i made reception but it continuously said that there is error in webpage. in the web page is call center phone number- it is closed all time. Not possible to get information. I called directly to hotel - they cant help or book rooms by phone. This hotel reservations system does not work at all - how the rest of the hotel functions then will work? If they are as bad - then i have only recommendation - DONT GO THERE.
