We could have gone anywhere in Europe, but were persuaded to fly all the way to Tallinn by the information provided about this hotel on the Expedia web site. The major factor for us was the availability of a room with a balcony and the provision of smoking areas in the hotel, which is exactly what the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel promised. On arrival, we discovered that their idea of 'designated smoking areas' was outside the front door on a building site - much the same provision for smokers offered by the hundreds of hotels that advertise themselves as 'smoke-free premises'. The hotel was also unable to provide the room with a balcony that had been booked and paid for, and even getting a room with two beds rather than one proved to be a major problem, despite the stipulation that this was required. Add to this a total lack of service -- it was apparently impossible to get coffee between 11pm and 8am in a hotel that claims to provide 4* service. What a joke - 1* service at 5* prices. Take the advice of this well-travelled reviewer and do not book into this dump.

I chose this hotel to stay on a weekend because of the spa and it did not disappoint. I loved the pools and different saunas to relax in. Room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like in the room was that the shower pressure was very low so it was a little difficult to wash my hair. But otherwise it was a nice stay. Breakfast had many choices of warm and cold dishes with different fruit options and coffee was also great! To my surprise was there roadworks close to the hotel so it was a little inconvenient to get to the hotel with my suitcase and I had to carry it for about 150 meters. But if I remember the signs correctly these constructions should be over after 26.12.2021. So keep that in mind if you were planning to travel during that time. Overall great visit, I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again! If you are a member of club one (Tallinks membership) then you can get great deals when booking via their website. I saved around 40€ compared to the price on other websites like booking.com

The best spa & conference hotel in Tallinn. Really good service everywhere. Classy lobbaa, corridors and stylish, modern rooms with good room service. Spa is big, clean with multiple pools, jacuzzis and outside pool. Poolbar by the pool. Different kind of saunas and a beauty salon. Hotel's restaurant Nero is even delicious and staff is very service minded. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to old town and it is easy to go places from there. And with taxi it takes only a couple minutes to down town. The hotel lobby is nice, bright and modern. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. All the staff was welcoming and super helpful with everything. The pool section was amazing with several different pools and saunas and the entry fee to the poolside is included in the hotel price. They have hand sanitizer in many places. I loved everything with this hotel.

Hotel looks nice, spa area is really good and spacious. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices of hot and cold food and even ice cream if you wish to 😊. Coffee machines with different types of coffee. The staff in a hotel was polite and attentive. The hotel is close to the port and a walking distance from old town. The only downside (but a huge one for me) was that the room description was not correct on their website. I booked a premium delux room and on the website it said that the “ the floor is covered with parquet. Rooms offer views to the Old Town of Tallinn”. Well, my first room offered a view to a spa area from a tiny window. The front desk changed the room for me with no fuss and the second time I got a room with a view to the windows of a building next door. And from behind that building I could see a little bit of a old town of Tallinn too. No parquet floor though. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.
