High class hotel. Very nice room with a great view over the city. Large, quiet, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Very good breakfast. Restaurant very, but very expensive, on my opinión for being in Tallinn. A special mention to the whole staff, from reception to bar and restaurants.

For a 5 star hotel the first impression is not very good. Receptionist was not very friendly, The minibar has only water and they have coffee machine in the room with two coffee capsules. Are you kidding me? And then they charge you 75 euros deposit when you check in.. what for? In case if I happen to drink both water bottles? You really need to update your game of you want to stay on top. Right now I feel disappointed.

Since I had a birthday, we decided to allow myself a little luxury with my family, but unfortunately we didn't get it. The receptionist received a first impression of the hotel. Did not give us enough information about where the hotel has something, such as a spa, a smoking area, etc. Do we want to book a table for the restaurant in the evening, I had to ask for all the information. After that, I was given an information paper where two crosses were drawn and all the information was said there. The hotel room is large and has a wonderful view of the city but that is unfortunately all. The bed mattress is very uncomfortable - in the morning we spouse's back was very sore. Only 2 waters in the minibar and only 1 espresso and 1 black coffee in the coffee machine in the room. The toilet is big but the toilet is unfortunately in the corner so the bigger man is pretty narrow there. The spa does not deserve the name of the spa. Finnish sauna-beautiful view of the city but with a slightly tired impression, a very unpleasant smell in the steam sauna and also some tiles are missing. In the pool part cold and hot-there were candles but they did not burn and in the corner only a water machine. It is not a relaxing spa. It was not possible to have dinner because all the seats in the restaurant had already been booked. We sat on the 30th floor in a bar, ordered drinks and a plate of tapas, which we waited for 1.5 hours but did not reach us. It was allowed to bring to the room, which was not done either. Breakfast is one of the worst we've had, the eggs have been hot for a very long time, the coffee is tasteless and lean. The tables are not cleaned, the empty plates are on the table until you finish and leave. When we registered, the admin said that if we wanted to stay until 2pm in the morning I called I was told there was no check-out at 12am The staff should still communicate with each other. When checking out, no one asked us how we liked it, whether we were satisfied with everything and that we would be expected back. Just said goodbye. Very very disappointed.

This is nice hotel, I've been here before. Its location is rather good. King room has a good bed and spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. They do have a rather odd system to charge 75 euros at check-in, which is, naturally, returned after check-out. However, the strangest system is at breakfast. Due to Covid, I suppose, they have service buffet. It means people wait in queue for waiters to give them food guests are selecting from the buffet. This is inefficient, inconvenient and unsafe system. I've visited over 30 different hotels during Covid time and this is the first and only one using such a stupid system. Because the system is inefficient, there are queues. Queues make it both inconvenient and unsafe. Covid spreads mostly through air, and very few guests use face mask (which is, obviously, not required). This service buffet is much more dangerous than guests self-servicing since the latter would be much more effective and everybody can disinfect their hands both before and after using shared instruments, or people could be provided to use gloves as some hotels do. Of course the safest would be table service. Omelette service is absolute madness. First you fill an order form (shared pen). Then you provide the ticket to a guy who is not only making omelettes but also servicing guests with other warm portions. There is no place in order for your name or room number. It may take up to 30 minutes to get your omelette. Then, guess what happens? People come to see if their omelette is ready, which makes them coming very close to portions. Then some people take somebody's else omelette (because they have the same order or because they get tired of waiting their own). Obviously some omelettes get unpicked. Waste, and unsafe again. Get rid of this system! Either use ”old-fashioned” buffet or table service. Whichever would be better and safer for the customers.
