Great location, pretty nice hotel. We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Telegraaf during our Christmas vacation in a Junior Suite. Room exceeded expectations and we also enjoyed the sauna during our stay. Pretty good experience and would stay here again.

I just completed a two night stay at the Telegraaf and had a pleasant experience. My Titanium Elite status was recognized at check-in, leading to an upgrade to a suite. The hotel is quite elegant and located in the heart of Old Town, just minutes from some of Tallinn’s most iconic sites. The staff were courteous and helpful. The spa is a lovely oasis, including indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Spa treatments are also available but need to be booked in advance. The hotel is located directly across from the street from a restaurant called Munga Helder which was a nice option. I would stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean, spacious and well decorated. It was also extremely quiet which for a light sleeper like myself is extremely important. Breakfast was yummy and the staff at both check in and check out were polite and efficient. To me the pool and the hot tub especially were too cold but that is my only complaint.

This is a great hotel in the perfect location to walk to all the major sites. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good (there's an a la carte menu and a buffet). I recommend this hotel if you're in Tallinn.

Had a one night stay on weekend and waited a little more fancy experience on 5 star hotel. The luxury spa was a small pool with only 7 sunbeds all full so no place to sit. The spa was full and the reservation and any discussion with the spa staff were difficult as the english skills were quite poor. Room was a basic hotel room with no feeling of 5 star hotel, there was a possibility to make tea or coffee (only ground coffee) but thats it. Maybe upgrading to nespresso cofee machine would be good idea. Breakfast was a dissapointment with very narrow selection, no gluten free options, no boiled eggs either or smoothies, and only two choises of bread. The real problems started after our check out. I forgot my toilet bag to the room and called about that to the reception already at same day (sunday 17.9 21.28p.m). The reception asked me send email to them as he can not see my adress...? Well, its international procedure when cheking in to any hotel to write your home address, number etc. which I did also at Telegraaf after arriving but suddenly they dont have it anymore? Well, no porbs, I did sent email and they promised to get back to me on MONDAY when the house keeping is back to work. Well, nobody contacted me on monday, and also not tuesday and also not on wednesday even I have called there everyday... On monday when I called again at evening (Edward 19.16pm) and asked why nobody contacted me, I was told that the housekeeping doesnt work on monday and they will contact me on tuesday. He aldo couldnt find my email and asked to sent it again. Now I also got different email than on sunday?? Tuesday came and no one contacted me, surprise! I called again to reception on tuesday 18.03 to Kasper and he told me that there still is no email from me and the housekeeping will contact me when the toilet bag is found. Well how it is possible that it has not been yet found if the room is cleaned already on sunday?! I send the email again to several adresses but no response. Today I called at the morning again to reception (Edward 8.50) with liittle annoyed attitude as you maybe understand and he told me that he will hung up the phone call and dont want to listen if Im annoyed. Well, I asked can I then send email to someone and could he give address as there is no addresses on their web page ONLY FAX ( WHO USES FAX ON YEAR 2023). Edward told me that all the emails is found on their web pages at the end of page, well there is none, NONE! So what the girl can do as the reception cant figure out with the house keeping about your forgotten stuff and no one contact you and answer to your many emails you have sent to the only email address they have given to you and it seems that the house keeping is never at work as they were away on monday, tuesday and maybe also today. So greetings to house keeping manager Margareta, you have a great job! And tip to everyone else, if you choose this hotel, dont forget your stuff. You dont get it back! …

Telegraaf hotel Tallinn is an excellent choice for a weekend in Tallinn . Perfectly located in a quiet are of the old town but close to everything. Comfortable well equipped roms . Attentive staff . A superb restaurante Tjajkovskij and nice spa where after a full day of sightseeing by foot a massage was great . All in all highly recommended.

This hotel could not be in a better location to tour of Tallinn. Not only are the rooms cozy and comfortable, but the pool, hot tub and sauna are a tranquil respite. Staff are very accommodating and attentive. I would not stay anywhere else in Tallinn.

We stayed at this venue in July 2023. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the old town and city. The staff are superb, efficient, and helpful. The room was good, bed comfortable, and a pillow menu should you choose to use it. The breakfast is very good, offering a wide selection of buffet style options and a menu selection as well. The coffee was very good. The lobby bar serves cold beer and snack menu options. The pool, sauna, and steamroom add a great escape after a busy day. We did not use the spa facilities. I would stay here again.
