I absolutely love the hotel’s interior design, but after Covid the quality of the service has dropped! Not okay for one of the most expensive hotels in Tallinn. I paid extra for a really lovely room, but all kinds of small things were missing in the room (sloppy housekeeping) and the espresso machine wasnt functioning. Also, upon my arrival, the hardly English-speaking receptionist gave me somebody else’s room & charged me for that. When I left feedback with the hotel management aften my visit, I got no reply.
I loved my stay here. Check in was seamless, room was well equipped and really appreciated the complimentary water. Only reason I gave 4 stars was the bed was a bit harder (kind of like a new mattress feeling), which made sleeping not the best but I still got a good nights rest. A wonderful place for an Instagram photoshoot and so close to all the bars and adventures to be had in Old Town. It’s a 10 minute walk to the nearest gay bar.
Everything and everyone about this boutique hotel oozed quality. From our welcome to our leaving and everything in between, the rooms, the breakfasts, everything was done to make our stay perfect. The location was ideal for Tallinn, in the old town just around the corner from the Town Square. Cold days were rewarded with a cosy return to the Savoy.
We loved the Savoy, from the welcome champagne to the elegant lobby to the perfect room and deep bathtub! It felt like a classic European hotel in so many ways. I loved the bath products and the fact that they included bath salts to go along with the fabulous tub (and robes and slippers). The owner of the hotel and all the front desk clerks managed all of our requests easily and made us feel very welcome. We loved the location -- in the old town but at an easy to navigate spot.
Excellent experience with a group of ten. Hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Tallinn. Rooms where tidy and clean. The outstanding service and flexibility of host Sven was perfect from check in until the late drinks. He made the visit to Tallinn one to remember.
OK the COVID-19 is still valid but we decided to travel to Estonia, we landed in Tallin and we booked the Savoy Boutique Hotel, we already booked the hotel in the past and it looks as the managed company changed but as in the past the hotel is just great we really enjoyed it, the stuff are welcoming and always ready to help you, the location is perfect, we will most probably will book it again so if you are heading to Talinn you must stay at the Savoy hotel
We loved this hotel. Everything was perfect, the room, breakfast, service. We had a small museum&art trip to Tallinn and really enjoyed our stay. Reception staff was extremely helpful, I can´t remember when I have had a warmer welcome. Room was big, no traffic disturbing us. Location excellent. Top choice.
The Savoy Boutique Hotel, is a beautiful, elegant and classy hotel in the old city of Tallinn. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, a good size with a gorgeous bathroom. Lots of extras provided free for our comfort. Breakfast was really good, the restaurant and bar were also really good. The old city is gorgeous, the whole stay was excellent
Atmospheric hotel. When we arrive in Tallinn, we stop here only. For many years. There are comfortable beds, great breakfasts, very very friendly staff. All of this makes staying in Tallinn as comfortable as possible.
Perfect experience. The receptionist was very polite and professional and so were the waitresses at the breakfast. Room was nice and the view was good enough. The smell waa always good in every part of the hotel. Great value for money.
