We stayed in the end of December. A family of four with very young children. Really enjoyed the one night stay. Reception staff are very polite and helpful. Location next to the train station is amazing. Enjoyed chatting with reception staff about Estonian traditions such as kadunejalapaev (disappearing Thursday).
We had reservation for superior room for three person and realised at the hotell, that the room, apart from having a stunning view to Old town, was quite small for three adult size persons (me and my teens aged 13 and 15). Receptionist was kind to uprade us to family room with a small extra payment, even though we have made reservation via Tallink, and the room was just perfect. Service was super good and location of the hotell is perfect, just outside of Old town and next to Balti Jama Turg.
Booked this hotel purely for location alone, much cheaper than most of hotels in the old town but this is a stones throw away! Come out the hotel cross a road and you are in the old town the location is fantastic! A supermarket right next door and also the train station right at the back of the hotel. Quick and east check in reception staff very nice! Room was basic but we only paid £130 for 3 nights with breakfast! Bed was comfy enough and shower was very powerful the cleanliness of the room when we first arrived I would give maybe a 7/10 def a few things missed by cleaners a lot of dust etc but overall was fine! Breakfast was very good loads of choice , cooked and continental choices we both really enjoyed the breakfast. If you are there download BOLT app if you do want a taxi we took one to the port at a cost of £2.90 and one to the airport at a cost of £6.20! 100% recommend this hotel for location alone you cannot get better unless you want to spend the money for old town prices!…
The hotel is in a brilliant location close to everything. Staff are very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for them. We stayed for 3 nights and upon arrival we upgraded our rooms to city view rooms for €5 per room per night. Having previously stayed at this hotel I have stayed in rooms on both sides of the building (city view and train tracks) and both are good and not too noisy we only decided to upgrade as a surprise for our parents who haven’t previously visited Tallinn. Included in the price of the hotel was breakfast which was great value for money. There was a good range of hot food (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, beans, porridge & pancakes) and cold food (cereals, ham, cheese, herring, fruit, rice cakes and bread). The breakfast buffet is served downstairs in the restaurant next to the reception (7am - 11am) and is replenished regularly throughout the morning. Hotel checkout is 12 and the hotel has a luggage room for use.…
There was absolutely no air ventilation in the room, no air conditioning either, the only one tiny vent is in the toilet room. Absolutely unacceptable for a 3 star hotel. Opening window is not really an option if sleep is a concern because there is a train station right besides the hotel (photo attached). If the windows is closed after 2 hours it gets hard to breath due to lack of air. Breakfast is fine though.
The location is great - only a few minutes by walk from the old city. A big supermarket with Estonian chocolates and beverages. We booked a family room and it was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think it is one of the best hotels in Tallinn, especially considering the price.
Nice hotel next to old city, clean and ok to sleep. Very good price. Breakfast was usual, only exellant oatmeal! Service was friendly. Double bed is for real two singles, so it`s not so nice to sleep close together.
This is a great little stop which I often use when I am in Tallinn. It has very easy transport routes and connections being on the rail line, plus the tram system in Tallinn is very easy to navigate. The rooms are great with lovely staff and small restaurant. Old town is within walking distance (Tallinn Old town is a must see especially in winter), so it’s easy to walk across in the evening to go for dinner, although be prepared for steep streets and steps. A part of my heart will always be in Tallinn as I love spending a little time there each year. A good value good place to stay.
Hi There. Was staying for 1 months in Amazing Hotel. I liked everything: location, friendly staff, spacious room. Everything was perfect. Was surprised that its wasnt so noisy as there is train station. You even can go to local shop in shorts as its same building. Also 2 min walk to local market where you can eat or buy fresh fruits, meats and etc
Friendly staff and great location, just go by foot to Old Town across the road or city center. Parking free of charge in front of or next to the hotel is great opportunity. Rooms are clean and from the window you can see the Old Town beautiful view.
