Since this hotel was right across the street from my ferry terminal, it was perfect for an early morning departure to Helsinki.

My preferred hotel (albeit a mile away was sold out) so this lower grade Hestia had to do. It was basic, but fine. Older, but clean, except for the unpleasant smell in the bathroom upon arrival. The staff were absolutely lovely, and the food from the restaurant was fine.

The bed was not great, but I slept ok.

Being able to check out and literally be onboard the ship within 5 minutes was the goal and I was grateful for that. This truly is just a quick overnight pit stop...Nothing more.

There is a mall with supermarket 5 mins away by foot from the hotel. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes inside so worth a quick visit. The Old Town is a 30 min walk uphill, otherwise the Uber cost around 6 euros. When you walk back down the hill from the old town, you will arrive in the main downtown and shopping area.

The bus station is about a 10 min Uber drive from the hotel.

Oh, even in the summer months its fairly cool to borderline cold during the day, so bring a sweater or light jacket.

Basic room, maybe could use a bit updating in terms of the looks of the decorations, okay to sleep, breakfast okay. Corona was considered quite well (had sanitizers and signs clearly visible).
The hotels own parking spaces were not marked very clearly so we got fined when leaving our car in front of the hotel but on the wrong row.

The hotel is simple and modern - the public areas are relatively beautiful. The standard room is tiny and only suitable for sleeping - very simple and small. But there is impossible to sleep, because the walls sound very good - all guests, all activities can be heard :) breakfast was ok and the one positive aspect was free parking.

We were looking for a place to stay whilst in the city. Found this hotel, as they had good price and location as well. Location was really good as it was exactly in the city centre close to the harbour. If you want to see old town it is from a 15 minute walk. There were also free parking, which was very big plus for us.But when we got to our room, it was a bad sad/tired. Probably just as it's a bit older room, so it seemed a bit old, a bit empty felt. But in our room..well it was cold there. We tried turning on the heating, but seemed like it didn't work no matter how we tried. So we decided to sleep with clothes (yoga pants, T-shirt), as the blanket weren't really thick as well. Also the floors were quite cold, so would recommend socks or slippers for sure. The bed itself was lovely. The TV in the room, had some problems. Our breakfast was okay. The coffee tasted a bit burnt, so we went out for a coffee after also wasn't really much opinion what to take, it was pretty average. When we checked out, the reception lady was quite rude (seemed like it was busy there or something had just gone wrong) so the last impression when I walked out there was "I hope I don't have to spend another night here."

Well located rather new hotel. Clean and comfortable overall feeling. Room was pretty compact but that was ok for one night, especially when the price was good. Hotel has only few parking spots but a parking hall across the street has plenty of room for only 6 euros for 24 hours. Dogs welcome for a small additional fee.

Quite nice hotel. Clean room and contemporary shower. Basic breakfast but still containing all you need. Good location if you use Tallink ferry from Helsinki. Walking distance to city centre. Staff could use some smile. Unfortunately there is no minibar in the room and the lobby bar closes really early which is a pitty.

Never again. Receptionist was pure evil, laughing at us and accusibg me of lying when i told i had reserved the garage parking. Breakfast is something i have never seen. Water tastes like seawater, only bread is some dry white bread, scrumbled eggs are like squishys, no bacon, no jogurt, no veggiea or fruit except some dry apple slices.

For a reasonably priced hotel near the port and the old town this is a good location. Rooms are good sized and clean and the breakfast is good.

It was clean and the staff was nice, You can walk to the ferries in less than 10 minutes and to old town in about 15 minutes.

Great location in the pier. Fast reception service, rooms are recently renovated. Breakfast was really simple. Free car parking is very big bonus in Tallinn. Sunny outside bar teracce. Good hotel to late arrival to Tallinn and early morning wake up to drive to Riga.
