A recently re-opened hotel at the heart of Tallinn, Tallink City Hotel has an excellent location. The hotel has gone through a complete renovation. We stayed at the de luxe-room, which was a treat! Plenty of space, big bathroom with a spacious bathtub and the air conditioning made the room a true oasis in the middle of the July heat!! A few small details, which we put down to the fact, that the hotel had just recently opened; slippers had to be asked for spesifically, room safe didn’t work and wasn’t fixed even though we mentioned about it and breakfast didn’t include fresh fruit. Check out until 1pm definate bonus. Extremely friendly staff!!

The hotel is overall amazing! The reception workers were so kind and helpful, they gave a Lotte toy, coloring book and pencils to my daughter as well! The restaurant is very up to date, quiet and comfy! View from the room was very good(see the pic). The room was also amazing, up to date and comfy. The bed is easily the comfiest bed i’ve slept in! Everything was available in the room and bathroom, including a capsule coffee machine. 10/10 would visit again and I recommend the hotel to everyone!

Vi visited this hotell in the first days of january. It is located near the old city and across a big mall. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable. The breakfast was overcrowded and messy. The buffet is not well placed and leads to cues and traffic jams. The buffet itself is ok, but the bread was pretty dry. The worst was the staff. Uninterested in working with guests. No "welcome to our hotel", "have a nice stay" or even asking if we had a nice stay. They hardly look at you but instead their eyes are mainly locked on their computer screen. Not even a smile on thwir face (none of them). The staff is even rude... We had been waiting and when it finaly was our turn, someone from the restaurant staff broke in our conversation and had a long talk with the person who was checking in us. No sorry, no nothing. All of the staff need to go extensiv training in how to handle guests. So location good, but we wont be comming back to this hotel.

Lovely, clean hotel in a great area. The reception and lobby area was huge with a well equipped bar area. The hotel allowed us to borrow a wheelchair for the duration of our 3 day stay for our elderly relative to get about. Nice, well stocked buffet breakfast in the morning. The staff were very helpful. The room we had was immaculate and very spacious with a sofa and we had been really kindly given a bottle of bubbles and a card to celebrate my husbands birthday- lovely gesture thank you! We visited the Opera and watched La Boheme, it was amazing. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around, cathedral amazing and a decent shopping centre across the road. The Christmas ma4ket was also fantastic. Wonderful, local produce and festive fun. We love it in Tallinn
